Depends if you would consider eop's f2p wildy performance being more impressive than TLP's f2p clan wars, p2p clan wars and p2p wildy record put together seeing as eop have never really been that impressive outside of the f2p wilderness. Definitely an argument there for TLP being #3 overall though.
