This is a continuation of the previous topic with LPC specific rules

 

What are the rules for declaring on another clan?

• You must be an ambassador to declare on another clan.
• Upon declaration, you will stake an automatic 200 ELO points
• You must state the rules without ambiguity
• You can only declare against a clan once a month.
• The minimum opt you can counter with be 50%(rounded down) of your most recent advertised weekend topics. E.g. if you pulled 62, then your minimum opt count will be 31.
• Only the following rules will be allowed:

1. Fight server type: F2P/P2P
2. Unchangeable Combat cap at 76.
3. Minimum opt for the fight must be 21v21 and above
4. Max def armor cap will be 10
5. There will be no restriction on weapon types
6. Any other shenanigans will be dealt with when the system kicks off

 

 

What is counter declaration and what are the rules?

• You must be a rank to offer a counter declaration- PM a rank if you don't have ambassador and want to counter declare
• You must state the rules without ambiguity
• The minimum opt you can counter-declare with be 50%(rounded down) of your last 2 advertised weekend topics. E.g. if you pulled 62, then your minimum opt count will be 31.
• There will be restrictions on the counter declaration:

1. You cannot change the fight server type
2. Unchangeable Combat cap at 76.
3. If you want to modify the opt count, you can only offer a lower opt count or with your minimum opt(50% of your weekend pull), or 21v21 which ever is highest
4. You can only counter offer a lower the max def armor cap, not raise it
5. You can lower the ELO points staked, down to a minimum of 80 points
6. There will be no restriction on weapon types
7. Any other shenanigans will be dealt with when the system kicks off

 

Q&A

 

1. Can I declare on a clan who has declared on me, but for a different fight server type?
   • Yes.
2. What happens if a clan breaks the rule?
   • The rules will be enforced strictly. Any infringements will result in your clan getting DQ, a win point will be assigned to the opposing clan and you will lose the respective staked ELO pts
3. What happens if the clan does not respond?
   • If the declaring clan or the declaree clan does not respond in 7 days from date of topic/reply, they would have forfeited the fight.
4. My clan doesn't post aftermath topics, we don't have weekend trips, now what happens if someone declares on me?
   • No worries, we will give you a to reply to the topic. You will not lose ELO points.
5. Yo, I have lvl 79 combat members in my clan, now what?
   • You are an LPC, stop wasting his/her time and boot them so they can experience the joy of HPChood
6. I don't want to participate in your brown sticky stuff event as I am a self righteous fool
