Second paragraph; you can still be maxed with 30 defence and yeah the difference then is the attack and prayer levels. People just take advantage of this. I mean, each MPC thats been in the tier for a few months now has 100% complained about defence yet they are alright with accepting 30 defence in their clan, its just bad decision making from ranks.
 
Third; Olympus coudn't compete in HPC, they tried. CD, afaik, had relations with either SV or another clan, but they don't clan wars. All MPCs besides Impact (for the time being) actually simulates low-tier HPCs imo but none of them would last for a good time. Couple of us are going to try to increase action in MPC for both servers, but I can't really say much about HPCs since most of the time when they dont get their way they're just like fuck it we're the best we don't care about your system without any desire to improve it.

the more the defense average raises for mpc clans the less they deserve to stay in their own bracket. 
 
alot of people have made the argument to me that 'anything goes' under the 92 combat limit but if that's truly the case then the only distinction between hpcs and mpcs are attack levels. your accounts function literally the same as ours and in an era of adamant that is once again grossly undermining the monk robes we all used to wear there is a point where mpcs truly aren't staying lower combat for the sake of function - they now have the same accounts that hpcs do and simply want to be treated differently which is hilarious
 
nevermind the fact that there are still 1 def 80-90's in hpc clanning. the fact of the matter is these hpcs whether you like them or not were here before the mpcs and they will be here after. mpc bracket is volatile and fluctuating to the degree that clans open and close after some months time, frankly i used to be impressed that olympus/cd have been mid tier for so long but when you see that they bring addy/mains/hpc accounts for a vast majority of their lifespan what's the difference? they aren't serving their purpose of introducing new people to clanning, or operating at a tier below hpcs.

after talking to my sources, I've confirmed that Impact indeed had 45 clans with them and their all lvl 126s in rune

Confirmed XL is demoralized 

as an innocent bystander of the fight between impact and xl i witnessed xl push impact to singles once. impact completely cleared the map @ corp, cleared it completely @ chaos alter down ~15 & then again west of GDZ.

We peaked 28 for a late night pk trip, we held 20+ opts throughout the 2 hr long trip:D

 

We started off by getting word that XL/UCT were fighting at corp hill, we saw Xl with 31 and pulled our scims right on top of them, UCT dipped west and it was Impact vs XL. Matched opts it was ez pz. XL died, uct tried to rehit and got that booty slap clap back. 

 

Our next fight was against XL who was sitting on sperm, the fight was 28v29. Within 30 seconds we pushed them north not losing 1 opt. UCT hit from behind we pulled through forcing them to sandwhich eachother. XL came onto 26 hill w/ us and got smoked and UCT again tried to rehit and failed and we pushed them back to sperm.

 

We ended our trip by having a fun yolo rush against XL down 20... we killed 5 and laughed our ass off l0l:D

@@Hon0r your a nobody and always will be a nobody, you are the worst leader to arise since Kim Jong Un. Most unorganized clan I've fought and btw LPC scene is 69- defence. So if you even wanted to throw someone a prep make sure you understand the combat system.
@@Hon0r you have never closed a clan in your history, stop making fake history points. For the pasted 4-5 years your clan consisted of you multi logging two accs and 3 tune tanks. Nice history as well as wasting your time, gonna close in 3 weeks max.

there under my fucking foot at the moment. but yeah

We massed up 60 strong deadly reapers today, not knowing what to expect since we went out MPC times, we were just looking to have a good time. 

 

The first fight of the day happend as we logged ontop of rage in singles, we fought them in singles until they ran south finally towards multi. The fight was shortlived as they were quickly pushed to singles. Gf.

 

The second fight of the day occured when we hit rage on the hill east of corp, the fight ensued for a bit until rage kept hugging the single line, and after playing that game for a bit we got bored and left with about 45-50.

 

For lulz, we hit a snipe team with about 20 called BP at p18s and quickly sent them to lumb.

 

Cluster: we hit a cluster between what looked like op/ev/cd/doom? We focused ev on the east side of ca decimating anyone that was there. Rage ran behind the altar and we pushed on top of them quickly making them dip north into the clump of clans. We got a quick fall in and ran behind the altar focusing on any rage. Rage dipped north of the altar all the way out back to graves.

 

 Final fight of the day was vs Rage at corp. The fight ensued for 5-10 minutes with rage hugging singles with every scim push. We moved around the trees trying to lure them away from corp but they werent gonna leave their home. We walked east away from corp hoping rage would follow but they didnt=/.

 

We walked down to get a bank after controlling that whole fight. We walked up 1 more time hoping for another fight vs rage, we waited for 2-3 minutes for rage @ corp after their scouts flamed us for some reason? They never came. We left, thanks for the action.
