wcotm is always a few days late
This is correct. We usually release on the 3rd if we have GFX for it. The reasoning behind this, WCOTM is much more tedious as there is different events & much more activity in a sense. On top of that, the team revises the points and the topic formats.

How we're going to tally up the winners for WCOTM
Pkris
You must have at least 15 opts on both sides to count as a PKRI
You won't get ANY points for fighting Sovereign until they remove Hittin
- 1.50 Points for PKRIs. After two pkris, it'll be brought down to 1.25 points. This will reset at midnight in eastern timezone.
- It was found that clans hardly do more than two pkris in one day regardless unless they're farming it in the last week. In order to avoid farming all together, we have capped it. If we see its hindering clans during the month of June, it'll be changed
Midweeks
You won't get ANY points for fighting Sovereign. They will be counted as randoms.
You must pull at least 10 to your midweek.
Midweeks with fighting clans (an unplanned pkri) - this serves as an unexpected pkri and should be worth around 1.25 points. If a second midweek is posted, it'll be brought down to 1 point.

Wilderness Weekend event
These trips are the official trips taken place @ 1:30pm EST | 6:30PM GMT
Clans will be receiving two points for this event.
Guidelines:
- Topics can't be posted no later than a day.
- Make sure to have SCREENSHOT'd logs when setting up a midweek pkri.
- Make sure to WHOIS the individual
- Type into IRC "/whois (irc nick)
- Make sure to WHOIS the individual
- Minimum pull 10+ to a midweek.
- You must state your timezone in the topic.
- You must have a video included in your aftermath topic.
- No video will result in only .50 points. This means you must have at least ten opts in your screenshots or no points will be rewarded.

If you post more than one midweek in one day
- You must have a start time and end time detailed in your topic.
- Have your video at least speed up to 150%.
- Only 1 topic from that day will be counted if this is not followed.
Penalty system:
1 successful dispute- Deducting all points of that topic.
2 successful dispute- Deducting all points of the week.
3 successful dispute- Ineligible for WCOTM for said month. - ineligible for wcotm award
4 successful dispute- Topics will be locked immediately will be removed from the siteYou won't get ANY points for fighting Sovereign until they remove hittin.

Most people bash the crap out of anyone who makes anything different from the usual. It's difficult to sometimes to ask the ones with ranks because of that fact. @@Tuk we hesistated to use IX's because of this reason and due to clumped area to make any text. I had to make a topic asking the community to connect me with someone since I had to find something that would look 'better' than the month before. As people didn't like the sig we had previously.
