    Only solution is if Jagex stepped in and introduced 1 defence worlds. Even then people in this community will still find a way to rag (breaking combat caps/1 item rags/ bot scripts), but it will be way better than having to deal with mains. There's no way you can just wait for all the toxic people to leave either since most of them have been here since pre-eoc and got nothing else going for them.

    This is a big problem that I have with the current Xlpc-brew and their mods. Xlpc-brew cant even acknowledge that a different discord started the scene. The idea that xlpc starts up randomly again and again is just straight up mental gymnastics to take away from the fact that the other discord did all the work to gather clan leaders and set the 50 cap.  

    Naturally theirs going to be doxxing problems when certain individuals in the scene take advantage of a freshly made server.

     And for fucks sake just say 50 cap obviously your going to see some exceptions here and there but being ambiguous about the cap is just going to give people excuses to train up. You should especially familiar with this as you were apart of the apex vs fatality prep.

    note: As mentioned above, there are some old teams/clans, that still have 60-69 combat accounts, and our main focus will be 50cb.

    Just say 50 cap thats what we had already discussed in the other discord. Saying "around" or using a bracket level x- y just gives people an excuse to train up for an advantage. Keep exceptions really low.

    With Covid at an all time high, might not be a bad time to try Xlpc again. There's definitely interest in the scene with multiple ex Xlpc leaders in the discord. LPC clans should also consider restarting combats soon, I know that some clans are definitely tired of max mains hitting them. Also the clan system should be released around the same time hopefully. Just sucks too see that someone is doing Sharkbrew's job again.
