    A level 106 can have 99 str 70 prayer 94 mage and 70 def. Full dh piety and 99 str vs a tiny lvl 107 pure in mithril. LOL wat

    I never understood 39 defence or 107 combat. It literally makes your account build useless, A level 107 Zerk or even main can have better str bonus, armor, and also has vengeance. They also have the same if not higher DPS than a level 107 pure. The 107 Pure has less DPS and defence.. Completely useless. And 39 defence, 1 defence level makes you incredibly stronger it's kind of hilarious. The most it will level you is 1 combat level if any. The only reason 20-39 defence is a thing is because you still have an ok DPS and you can rag in mithril. Basically it just means warring is easier, so it kind of makes sense but your account is very underpowered for it's cb lvl. rant over

    Actually the point of declaring on LPCs is pretty interesting in just doing it to farm ELO. Might have to do something about it if it happens.. but it can be kind of good to try and force an lpc to train and move up.
