Why ask an MPC to prep for #1 matched LPC and expect them to accept your combat cap? Decline their fullout and keep fighting other LPCs. Move on, your rivalry is over unless you decide to step up with them.

Agreed, Trauma should go out HPC times/prep HPCs. If they lose, who cares, they will still be training for a little while. I will respect them a lot if they take the losses while transitioning into HPC. Glad to see them stepping up, hopefully some other clans will too
