in a way, you can almost forgive clans like cd/envy/eop for their main use and pitiful(if not nonexistent) clw performances since it's a blatant crutch for mechanically awful players.
so when an actual pure clan like foe repeatedly denies prep action or teams up with the main clans they are supposedly so against, against other pure clans, you start to wonder what their excuse is.

15/20% of the community can choose to not abide by the loosely agreed rules and force other players who are otherwise unwilling to comply to play along.
our current clw rules loosely dictate 1 def gear, but cannot enforce further. nothing stops a 20/30 def player from participating.
for preps and other organized events taking place in clw, the portal could bar players with certain stats from entering other than spectating(ex: def level over 7 barred). other small features such as leaving cc counting as a kill for other team should also be considered.

in late 2015-mid 2016 no amount of moderation could prevent the amount of people who wanted to act retarded from doing so. turned a lot of people off of wanting to have any kind of discussion when the thread audience were people who had no intent of conversing with you.
while the spamming has died down, the intent to discuss has not returned. leaderships without respect for other leaderships will continue to foster this toxic indifference.

if eop gave a fuck about anything other than being as cancer as possible(such as being a pure clan) they'd probably be pretty good at it, but they don't, so they aren't.
