Although I would very much appreciate creative names related to its content, e.g a CLAN COLD WAR, one must agree that solely for publicity purposes calling it for what it is, that is, by its proper name, seems to be the most suitable name, as for those unfamiliar with the event will be able to catch what it's all about right away. Or perhaps the name could be followed by its description, wherein you could identify more precisely what it is related to.

Awesome initiative.
Moreover, would it be fair to encourage pure clans to join the tournament with their mains by rewarding them with more points per event, since it's not their ordinary scope? Seeing clans like Rage putting up a fight with regular main clans feels quite exciting for the scenario in general. Perhaps it'd be advantageous to all parties involved.

If I may suggest anything, I'd suggest some kind of penalty/warn system in which those clan leaders who fail to punish their own members who break the rules get penalized, enforcing them to actually babysit their own members instead of just sitting still waiting for moderators to do the job, for their own reputation/account on the forums will be on the line. It's actually one more job to do, yes, but once it's done I think the moderators won't be having to spend time solving this matter, not as much b4.
Not sure how doable that is but since you mentioned about accepting suggestions there it goes mine. It worked pretty well internally in all the clans I've been part of.
