They wanted the #1 on the PCR list, but not necessarily a Tlp fight. The "right to declare" thing sounds pretty cauliflower, but that was basically their response to Eop's declaration. Why bother with the #3-5 clans when the #2 is barely a challenge?

Lower tier clans like Ascendency, Divinity, Intense Redemption, Malice, P0ke clans, Zenith clans, The Hatred, etc P2P: 0. Mm+Hf 1. Foe 2. Mm 3. Fi 4. Tlp 4.5. Eop+Pot 5. Eop 6+. All those P2P based clans I vaguely remember like New Pure Order, Outrage, We Are Royalty, Devestation, Carnage, Ultimatum, Tr, Havoc, Pot, etc -Gap- Nme Frenzy Not sure where Sovereign would go in either rankings since I wasn't really around for their rise and fall. P2P could be wildly inaccurate after Fatality as I rarely saw any clan besides Mm and Hf on Sundays in Foe.

You are out of your mind. Tlp was maybe fifth behind Mm, Foe, Eop, and Fi. I'd say Eop/Fi both have legitimate claims to #3, above Tlp. Fi was #1 probably the third longest, but Eop competed with Foe/Mm more and kept Fi in a slump for years.

This. The only time I saw Tlp in the wilderness in either server as a Foe member from 2009-eoc, was basically once a year on their anniversary.

They all seem pretty stable at the moment. If I had to guess, I'd say Supremacy just because they are the newest.

If you're 86-92 combat, you should be basically maxed. If 50% of the MPC accounts are in that range, there's not much excuse to not move up. Those are HPC accounts regardless of the cap you all decided on.
