After reading through the brown sticky stufffest that is this thread, very valid point. If Foe wants the first round to count, then the third round would need to count also. It's essentially the same circumstances (as you described), although I'm yet to read any half intelligent viewpoint from the opposing side other than "we win suck my dick". However, regardless if the first round counted at all, from your description it seems like Foe broke the rules anyway. Regardless of who wins the round, if the pre discussed rules were broken then whoever broke those rules loses the round.
 
Unless someone else wants to chime in from Foe and show another side of the story that could nullify the 1st or 3rd round (I might have missed it in this thread btw), it looks like a win for EoP regardless of who won the 1st round.

True. A lot of hosts these days limit serveryquery access though, unless you plan on hosting it yourself (expensive as fuck to get a license). There's ways past it but it's tedious and annoying. Better just figuring it out yourself. TS isn't all that hard to setup to begin with anyway.

Site is safe. Because it's a relatively new site, Google and certain antivirus software will often pick it up as a phishing/scam site due to it asking and saving login credentials. Other possibility is that they are running an illegal/illegitimate version of IPB. Unless you're a dumbass and plan on logging in with your bank details or Runescape password, theres nothing to worry about.

Had a ridiculous about of PMs about "bias" and such today, saying that the mods are targeting certain clans or certain people. Mods can't be everywhere on these forums, especially when most of you just spam random crap in every thread. We have better things to do that scourer through every thread just to find a reason to warn people. If you want something to be done or someone has broken a rule, use the report function. It makes our lives a hell of alot easier and you can get your problem sorted even faster. If you don't report the post, don't blame the mods for not doing anything, that's your own fault.

Finding that line between banter and just mindless flaming is difficult ^^, because at the end of the day a lot of people love to argue over cauliflower brown sticky stuff online, hence the existence of Sharkbrew. Hopefully with the new ruleset it'll allow us to get a more unbiased and fair moderation set in place that promotes more discussion and intelligent banter rather than "ur clan sucks u virgin".
