Idk why people are making this so complex none of the lpc leaders can lead at the hpc level. If they could they would every one of them really wants to be noticed for runescape accomplishments. They just know they don't have the experience.

Yes hacking/ddosing someone over runescape means you care wayyyy to much about the game, but honestly those guys are the ones that need those wins to get them through the next day of their life. So don't complain about it, just understand it and move on.
