You'll have that one clan that won't participate and end up crashing it... leaders unable to communicate well & end up screwing their team up.. has happened the previous what? 3 RvBs? 2009 was the only one (and the biggest one.. how fitting) that went well compared to every other year. 2010 was probably the second best one but even that one had Mm crashing it halfway through.
