By far the most active forums on RS for the past 2-3 years? Maybe longer. No one ddoses in 2k17 anymore, no one cares about your IPs and you certainly won't be abused like you do on pure warfare. I'm sure most eop admins would be happy to allow you to post your aftermath topics on here. My point is why waste time making replicas of sharkbrew, etc when you can join an already established forum.
