Could set up fights spur of the moment vs anyone. P2P wild is cancerous right now, P2P PCL has its negatives but its a lot better than P2P wild. P2P PCL would eliminate mains for good aswell as other annoying things about P2P wild.. It would be made to replace p2p pking, thats the whole point of it You can make PCL replace current p2p pk times to make it work, and just move p2p pk times to another time maybe right after pcl or another day completly.
