Loyalty is overrated these days where good dedicated members or ranks have been kicked on the whims of those with more power. It's less about the betrayal and more of the egoism of ranks with authority.
If you run a clan where clan members are willing to leak over seeing 1 status update.. then sorry you obviously don't command enough respect from your members.
I am not sure how posting a short lived status update is somehow less under the table than PMing members individually or spamming a clan's ts/discord/irc at appropriate moments.

Posting spy/leaking requests is no different to going into TS/IRC/Discord asking people to spy/leak. We are a platform that users are free to utilize to aid their clan.
If you have this misconception that such spy/leakish game should be done under the game.. take a look at how the premier spy agency recruits members:

rsw having only 40 posts per day, BA doesn't come on Adam only makes 1 topic a week. The only 2 clans are Doom and CD and even Doom are seeing the true colors of CD
