From what I've accumulated and researched I've come to the result that Misfits started this scene in October of 2016 while xlpc was a thing like 75 cbt cap?? And hpc 30 def was a thing too. They just showed up and was the first clan to open in between these 2 scenes with no combat cap and 1 def only. Then the xlpc scene (doom, fs, iv, sf, etc) was forced to move up from constant bullying from mf and then hpc scene dead so they move down.
 
So basically misfits is savior of community. All praise be to misfits
