CP/EoP - Hands down the worst clans, how can u be open for 10+ years and rely on mains and call urself #1?
 
FoE- Cocky britbongs but they are good and can back it up, never brought any mains to their trip
 
Rage - Doesnt bring mains, Improved quality +1 respekt
 
Fatality - Always fun clearing these guys, respekt for not bringing mains anymore.
 
Supremacy- Best Hpc currently in both servers, stole the crown from legacy clans and made them look like bitches by winning 3 cotm in a row, big respect for this dope clan.

If there's a clan wars league, there should technically be a fixture. So for example 4 weeks in a month roughly - Supremacy 1st week preps eop f2p and foe p2p, Week 2 Rage f2p and Apex p2p between those 2 clans opts are discussed as well as which day to prep on etc. It stops farming last minute preps to win COTM and gives action to every clan. Having said that, clans are starving other clans for a reason lmao

I don't participate in the LPC scene so my opinion shouldn't carry value but I'll mention it anyway. I like the idea of the LPC bracket being classified by defence level, it allows for more people to participate and doesn't restrict accounts. Considering, the only differences the current LPC accounts have and the proposed new ones do is attack and prayer levels. 
 
The aforementioned changes would then allow for P2P to be incorporated. I personally feel the current LPC bracket is so restricting which is why I'm not currently interested in it (only F2P). If the changes went through it would also negate the need for the MPC bracket thus keeping pure clanning to two tiers. I believe this is the appropriate change the pure scene needs for it to be fixed.
 
I would participate in the LPC bracket and I'm sure a lot of other people would if these changes happen and I can only see it growing from there.

okay, i made a bad call on this one.
 
I talked to @@HolyDreams last night about the prep vs UB not counting and we briefly discussed the cutoff time for preps at the end of the month. i thought 6pm was silly and should be 1159 since there's enough late night events by everyone that if they pull enough the event ought to count as a prep.
 
Not knowing the race for COTM i thought changing the time was fine. I did not know Sup/Foe were that close or that the Apex/Eop preps would tip the scales for foe( I thought they were way ahead)
 
If SUP were actually ahead by 6pm they should win. There is no 'tier' for HPC's since we're all in the same bracket. The 11:59 pm cutoff should have been put in place for December and not changed last minute.

First of all @ youre in Rage an mpc that tells its members to multi log on mains (thnx cd for ts audio leaks). Second, you are in Eop the first hpc that ever brought mains and currently brings the most.
