But at the same time that cap grew over time. We started at 83- cap in October or November of 2014 and it grew into the 92 cap. The scene is resetting right now which means the cap would have also. The lpc scene with Trauma, Imp, Outbreak, Curse, OP, and etc started the cap of 83 with exceptions of 87 that kept grow as those clans did and we ended with the 92 cap.

You aren't understanding. These lpcs should have a lot of guys from in-game that are F2P that aren't going to train up in 2 weeks. I have done for years I know these people work.

This lpc scene doesn't have respect for each other at all so it will end up bad until that changes. But you want clans to jump from level 60 to mpc levels like doesn't work. Lpcs have new guys to the community from in-game and they aren't going to train from level 60 to mpcs just because the mpcs moved up. There is a process to move from lpc to mpc and clan don't need to rush that because there is no mpc it's not their problem.

First of all the lpcs' leaders don't need to follow in the steps of the mpcs/hpcs. Show respect to each other and realize you need each other to have a healthy scene. At the same time realize losing is ok and that the the lpc scene is about having fun. The reasons why people want to make lpcs is to get out of the drama feasted bull brown sticky stuff of the other scenes and so stick to that. The era of the lpcs since OSRS has started had respect for each other and played to have fun. They use to have snowball fights and etc just to get action and now the lpcs come to sharkbrew to flame or be fail ass trolls, that is what going to kill the scene. On cb cap no it shouldn't go straight to 82 combat this is scene is about evolving and that takes a while. Al of the lpcs' leader drop the fucking tanks and people in addy/rune. Who cares who started it make a change. Don't give me the excuse that they are "scouts" just use level 3's. Because they're made up of MPC/HPC members/ranks. They don't care about the LPC scene all they care about killing the scene and ruining people's fun. Nothing will change until the ranks and members of the MPC and HPC stop coming to LPC trips. There scenes is ruined so now they want to ruin the other scene. The scene is going to be complete brown sticky stuff until clans start respect each other and care about making the scene better.

This is the problem everyone thinks they can go open a LPC and it will just be a cake walk and in reality it's not. If everyone stops depending people in mpcs/hpcs then they would be better off. Actually have people that want to focus on a lpc and lpc only.
