On a windy Sunday afternoon, the leaves were rustling through the streets. Renegades grew increasingly anxious to patrol the caves. After massing up on God's day, we took the wild by storm and cleared everything in our path.

I like the idea of another way to advertise ourselves. I'm not sure what exactly we could do yet either, but we really need new blood into our scene and the spike in players mobiles given the game really makes it possible
I know people are inevitably gonna say we put ourselves in this position to have a dying scene with the toxicity of clans and mentalities of clan leaders, but ddosing and toxicity was still prevalent in pre-eoc too and we still had a MUCH better scene back then. The two things aren't mutually exclusive in my mind

A no venom rule so we can use venom weapons in clan wars without venoming.
An overload rule so we can have a different meta similar to pre eoc's.
A friendly fire rule so we can kill our own teammates.
A gear cap rule, set it to 1def/55def items only.
A returning rule, where if you die/leave CC, you can't enter the clan wars portal within X seconds like 30/60/90/120/150/180. they could make it like dmm where a timer pops up on your chatbox and it has to count down from 60 for you to enter if they think it's too hard to code properly.
A dangerous option + staking option for clan wars. If jagex is worried about "luring" with dangerous, make it so you have to set the ability to do dangerous clan wars like a bank pin. after 7 days, you can now enter dangerous clan wars. They were literally so close to adding the staking option which is why we have a delay on the 2nd screen of the clan wars menu.
If dangerous option is added, make it so pked loot goes to a coffer where you can claim it after the match. Add it as a rule in case people don't like this for whatever reason
Make it so worlds don't update instantly so world trackers don't work.
We had some similar ideas for CWA stuff, but I really like all of the other ideas you have. It could make for some interesting twists to fights if/when CWA makes a comeback within the scene again (if the update itself didn't prompt clans to try a couple out immediately after).

On this glorious day of the Sabbath, Renegades massed up 25 strong gamers to go out and clear rev caves. Whilst blessing the caves with our presence and making big bucks, our DK spy informed us they were out trying to steal our prey. This obviously being unacceptable, we barraged them out not one, not two, but three times by blindsiding them in the corridors or hitting them on login. This resulted in DK downgrading their trip to ballistas only and hopping below 30 wild. Unwilling to take our foot off the gas, we continued to hit them even more on different worlds below the 30 line in an attempt to end their trip - which they promptly did shortly after.
We resumed calling worlds in the caves and PKing different kids when we got more intel that SV was out with a mere 12 people at Greaters. We quickly teled from the caves, called the world, and tab'd up where our great supreme council Dak baited them into a melee pile where we barrage chin'd them until they were cleared.

So with our recent connections opening up with some of the J mods, we've been given the opportunity to have their ear and pitch to them an update that would benefit our clanning scene. To get more of a briefing on our meeting we had, you can read @slushpuppy's topic here. What I want to ask from all of my fellow main clanners with this topic is this: What smaller scale, content related updates could we look to refine into something that would not only help our scene grow activity/interest wise, but that would pass the voting polls and sound convincing enough for Jagex to design it out?
Before you suggest anything, take a second to tamper your expectations. The clanning scene is a small niche in the grand scheme of everyone who plays this game, and while something like Jcup, KDR tracker, or whatever might be the most ideal suggestion off the top of our heads, we are in no position to ask for these right now. In our meeting with them I purposely told everyone to flat out avoid even mentioning the Jcup, as Jagex has already been asked about it thousands of times and - for whatever reason they might have - they have no intention to do it at this time; there's just no point in agitating them just to be shot down. Our goal is NOT to restore the clan world with this update that we pitch; what IS our goal is to find a quality update that us and Jagex can build off of to try and establish a strong and positive relationship so that, when built off of even more with future suggestions, we're in a much better position to suggest even larger scale things to them.
Hopefully that's clear. So when thinking about what to suggest, consider the following:
1) Keep it content related. Anything that takes engine work (new clan chat system, KDR tracker, cc leaving counting as a kill, certain defence level worlds, etc.) is off the table right now. Engine work takes much more time and resources than content does, and Jagex already has their immediate priorities laid out.
2) Keep in mind the game's player base as a whole. Asking to implement a new set of armor or expanding the wilderness as a whole is pretty much guaranteed to be shot down. The rest of the people who play this game won't want to have to deal with the uncertainty that such a potentially big update could change. Whatever we come up with either shouldn't faze them or should be appealing towards them too.
With the ideas from this thread, the Sharkbrew Staff will work together in conjunction with the Main clan Ambassadors we have to refine the details of what we believe is the best idea and we'll pitch it to the J mods. Really hope to see some good ideas and the more details you can provide to what you suggest the better. Oh and take this post seriously. If I or anyone sees you just trolling or posting clan beef on here we’ll just delete your post immediately.

His point is fair but his intentions are obviously just to be an ape. Not sure why anyone would support him going and saying this, it’s a great way to have nothing changed and remind Jagex not to bother their time with us. There’s better ways to bring up his point than this.

After a cheeky pk session, we geared up and got ready to scrap with our good friends, Playdead. Both clans had similar numbers which gave both clans competitive and an enjoyable battle. Both clans had their moments in both performance and spam which made the fight really close. We fought for 45 minutes and then took our endings which resulted in a draw due to really close numbers. Thanks for the battle guys, hope for many more in the future.

There's a lot you could say to describe both scenes and differentiate them. I'd say the biggest is that more happens midweek for main clans, while pures have higher opt fights and a more active cwa scene in terms of preps plus the bonus of minis.
Different clans have different levels of their emphasis on quality, how much they do or don't think someone is a spy, how long they'll return for (saying fights go on for days is a huge overstatement, that's just the 1% of fights that drag on for days that make people say that), etc etc. At the end of the day both scenes are pretty fun and can give a nice change of pace from the other.

Saw that a certain Boston team was playing on MNF and refused to help their ratings so we called a spur PK. Hit the caves for about 2 hours and made bank and cleared a bunch of small teams

Earlier this week, both clans reached out to each other and set up a battle for today. Not much to say, both clans threw hands and both had their moments. After cap was over, both clans threw in the towel and thanked each other for the fight.

Was sitting in bed wondering if anyone was ever going to be able to challenge Renegades in a clean fight when word got to me that there were shit clans waiting to be cleared in the caves. We started with about 10 as the time was quite early and found a lot of loot. After hitting to 15 we found WG who were in $$$ bank loot. We made quick work of them and also got an AGS to top it off. Right after we saw DK had began their PK trip. We began bullying their ballista squads throughout the worlds for the next 20 minutes. Eventually they gained to about 20 people and we sent a tank bait in to clump them and began fighting. After barraging out 5-10 of them the fight was smooth sailing from there. After about 10 minutes DK was cleared and we took 1 of 3 endings against them. We found them again after their 15 minute regroup and immediately logged in and began transitioning through them. The fight moved into black drags and after 10 minutes they were not to be found. DK decided to try one more time and gained up to 30 people. With us having 24
we knew this would be a challengeJK its DK so it was easy as fuck once again. The fight lasted for about 20 minutes as lil cards came in to complicate the situation, but we pushed through both and took our final ending for the day. Thanks for coming out Renegaders, and Good fight WG. DK stay trash lmfao.Few people spread south/at the bank for endings.

Here at Sharkbrew, we're a forum of the people. Everything done is with the people in mind first and the staff second and we'll always listen to what the people have to say. So when the victorious champions of our fantastic main tournament voiced to us that they did not like the sigs that were originally made to congratulate them as champions, there was a unanimous consensus amongst the staff we would do everything we could to find something that they were happy with. With that being said, we've went and paid for a new set of sigs by a completely different graphics designer to provide options for our champions. Without further ado:
