Will never happen. this Shame that a community/site that promote themselves as being 1-30def pures sit here and do nothing, im sure if you wanted to you could stop ANY clan from bringing mains, where would they post their topics at to brag about a weekend trip wherein they bring 50+mains? They would no longer have a purpose were clans that purposely bring mains to compete in a scene intended for pures, would be banned or even warned for posting topics that include pictures of 10+ mains in a picture, or them bragging/ trying to excuse their mains. Most of the mediators are active enough on this site to be able to do that tbh. they just need to visit clan discussion/pure aftermath every day or couple of hours, check any topic that has pictures of many mains, or accounts bragging about their mains or posting pictures advertising the mains that they bring. Would rather have that type of moderating on the site rather than people getting banned for an hour for saying someone has a lisp. something has to start somewhere, and it isn't happening with ranks of each clan talking to eachother because of how Adamant they are on what they want to do, so why not start it where EVERY clan out posts to advertise their clan. Everybody has ad blocker = no money. Back to my second point above, if the clan leaders maturity levels were significantly better we probably could approach them and all come to some sort of agreement. Nowadays it's not even about having fun on trips, it's who can 'close' and demoralize another clan the best and what's the best way on doing that? Ddosing and camping them on mains. We aren't a clan site like Zybez, we were never set out to be like Zybez. It's easier for a site like Zybez to have rules but that's simply because they are all mains, brown sticky stuff is basic. Whereas we're pures, things become really complicated really quickly. I actually really love the enthusiasm from both of you regarding mains but to put it out the nicest way possible, i literally stopped caring for runescape when TLP closed. I took pride in not having to ddos/hack or even take mains to trips unless we had certain clans put mains on us but once we did that clans stopped bringing their mains simply because they couldn't out-main us and it went back to clean fights. If you're brown sticky stuff, you bring mains and get little action. If there's no mains (which there rarely is), pure clanning consists of hugging a return spot for 3 hours until one clan gets bored. There's no ability in that. SB can't do / won't do anything to try and change the community. I mentioned a few things to Slush a couple of years ago when the site started up and his mentality was that there should be little interference from the board to influence the community in any way - it was merely a canvas for people to project their views on (refer to sig).
