Lol..................

Control / Fatality were top on 07.

@@Erik

What happened when CT claimed to be #1 matched and prepped Foe? Oh yea we lost under 5 people each round in a 25v25 in the first clw prep ever on 07.

Then when CT all mass joined Fi it made it even easier and we didn't lose a prep for 1 month straight prior to the jagex cup which we also won so convincingly and easily.

Foe were probably the best overall when it came to both servers, especially since they had really good longevity as well.

Mm were really good and underrated at times in F2P because they didn't do as many preps, but when they did they would often times win especially in high opt fights where the combat advantage/defence (2011, 2012, OSRS) doesn't come into play nearly as much as it would in 20v20 fights

Tlp were really good in P2P and were right up there with Foe. They became really good in F2P near the end of 2010.

EoP only had one real stretch when we were really good matched in F2P in pre-eoc, ranging from ~June of 2010 to about ~Febuary of 2011 or whenever it was that Zenith closed into us. Gave us the quantity we needed to compete with Mm for the next couple months but our quality dropped to that second tier of clans with the likes of CP/Z (when they reopened after). Never really were able to rebound consistently, till maybe recently now with Fi/Rd/Zu/Eop.. even then most of those preps are only 20v20/30v30s

Cp were always in that second tier of clans the majority of the time. They could occasionally beat Tlp/Foe/Mm sort of like EoP could in 2011/2012 but weren't able to do it consistently in F2P.

Epidemic/Nme were really good in terms of organization in F2P but neither clan had the longevity to really be in the conversation. If they stayed open longer (specifically E v2) I'm confident they'd be in the conversation

Overall

Foe

Mm/Tlp - can make the case for either one

Eop

Cp

This is like asking what clan is best at practicing, lmao.

best clans of all time:

1. MM

2. FOE
3. EoP

4. Fi

5. E

oh and because a few people for some reason think MM was a good matched clan, they obviously had a good record in 100v100's but in normal preps they lost to virtually anyone they tried to fight, and they only got like 2-3 preps a year because they knew they'd lose but just wanted to stop a few of their kids from crying about their lack of midweek activity. They also refused to fullout EoP during the 2 years we were the top f2p clan because they knew they'd lose, and declined fullouts vs TLP too.

clanning is weak now, all the main ranks that made these 8 year old clans are retired/quit/cba but there's been loads of clans that have done what zerg unit have done (had a good 20-30man unit) cpr, havok, tlp, and there will be more, in 2011 ct had the lowest cbs in the pure community but went on a 8 win prep streak in F2P among countless achievements achieved by other med/high clans

To get up in everyones ranking your clan needs to be consistently growing in #'s while maintaining and improving quality, that's the hardest thing, winning in 20-30v20-30 preps is good but lots of clans have done it, increase it to the wilderness Too (big pulls), last real clan to partly do this was NME they were good, but weak(in clw) until they got 30 def then they got small, so it is hard to do

You should do your homework before sounding so confident in challenging other peoples claims, which in this case,Eriks are in fact true. Before clan Wars was released which is the time-frame he's talking about. (3-4 months before the release of Clan Wars), CT were the joint top P2P matched clan, with Fatality. Once Clan Wars was released, they were still competing in the top 3 with FI/FOE for P2P. I don't think they've ever claimed to be #1 Matched, but instead able to perform well in a matched ops prep.

Control Vs Final ownage (25 v 25 P2P Prep)

CT have also beaten them over in the F2P server matched ops.
