I suggest you have some maturity and common sense. Staying up til 1am for GMT is not a problem seriously. Waking up at 6:30am on Sat and 4am on Sunday is ridiculous. Allow aussies/nz to have at least one trip they can attend with a semi-decent time allocation...
 
If times were to change, most aussies including myself would just go and clan with HPC's. LPC is a great division as there is a lot of competition and clans are pulling really well, don't destroy it for some people. I have not heard that much criticism about the current times...just leave it

This. Give it time, due to some lpc clans allowing multi clanning, it's gonna cause quite a lot of problems especially when the talk of moving up starts to become apparent
 
time will tell, at the moment, I like the LPC scene, but it's very separated. For example, Imperial compete vs Olympus, Conviction can compete with them too, but Chaotic/Remedy/T1 don't compete against these guys in wildy. It's almost like there is two different sides of LPC clanning.
