I'll post mine to get started.
 
1. TLP - Fresh, clean banter. Used to be ranked pretty lowly but fortunately Dissy only posts on his own forums now which has bumped them right up the rankings. Some nice young blood coming through and seem to pull good opts to sharkbrew banter threads, very nice.
2. EoP - Banter from beyond the grave, seem to have already rustled Fi's jimmys into a solid knot without even having re-opened. Will be interesting to see their level of banter once they properly come back.
3. Zu - A bit quiet on the banter front these days but used to be a reliable source of decent bantz, currently clinging on here on prior reputation.
4. FOE - The bants aren't what they used to be in the True Whip and Walli days, but HolyDreams is doing his best to solo it out here.
5. RD - Don't really seem to have much banter anymore although Sithlord used to be a tireless bantersaurus.
6. Sup - Have pretty much 0 banter which is why they rank below clans with some shreds of bantz but above those with negative b-points below.
7. CP - If not for Franco would probably be bottom, and for some reason they still haven't RAT'd that Victory guy and deleted his sharkbrew account. The victims of so much banter re: mossies that they pretty much only aim banter at themselves these days.
8. Fi - The Buzz Killington's of banter. Generally the easiest targets and will hook onto virtually any bait. You don't have to worry about their potential responses because they have no banter whatsoever and anything they do say will probably contain so many My Little Pony references that it becomes unintelligible to socially functional humans. Still not sure why Tyrone is still there as he has potential.
9. LPC's - By virtue of being an LPC no-one even reads your posts, hence negating any banter.

You got smashed for 30mins and had +opts on us according to your topic. Then you got a long ass regroup while we killed clans. We ended and called a logout as you rushed TEAMED WITH CD even though you had more than us without teaming. You rushed 48v15 as we were logging out and had already given an ending talk.
 
If that's your only claim of a win I would really go back to the drawing board because you're doing something wrong haha.

Most likely: 

HPC-Zu or TLP, I know people in both and they both seem like they have pretty chill communities.
LPC-AAO, cool dudes and a good clan. The only thing holding them back is their pull, but since I count as a +10 that won't be a problem anymore.

Least likely:
HPC-RD, they've got a rep for doing the ddos not a fan
LPC-SV. The most nh clan and proud of it. I could never be proud of having to cheat to win a computer game.

When cd closes offically into sv? 

sv> gets bullied out of hpc scene by rd so goes man 
sv> gets bullied out of main scene by rot and af so goes lpc
sv> drops from 55 to 40 pulls and has to team with another main clan that went lpc

Train up and stop crying about 90s because we had same problem against Trauma in Olympus they had 100s hpc invites when we had all 50-70s  still destroyed them everytime and now they are closed.

Believe me, if you had fought FOE cleanly without asking to fight at mossies, your clan would have been cleared with ease. Stop acting like your clan is better than foe because your mossies recruits have no quality.

today was Panic + SV teaming and because CD couldn't do brown sticky stuff they would just sneak in SV since they have the same cape.

They rushed all the fights in your capes. Thats how at random points there were 10+ more on your side in the cape counter than on your teamspeak.
