It has come to our attention that SV is openly endorsing this hittin rank for hacking sharkbrew- a mere community site that wants to better the pure community.
 
Inspite of my efforts to reach out to SV offering any sort of resolution, SV ranks has instead decided to take the highway instead.
 

 
 
 
As such,  Sovereign will not be able to participate in WCOTM/COTM until they remove the bad apple(hittin) from their clan.
 
 
Additionally, all trips/preps/pkris/etc that is for or against Sovereign will automatically be removed.
 
 
It is extremely unfortunate that this action had to be taken as vast majority of SV are innocent ranks & members who just simply want to play the game

1- CD/Eop - Both clans have a strong member-base with a strong never giving up mentality.Also fs  closing into eop  should give them a boost in #'s been looking for competition ever since we put doom in the grave for piping up to the hand that fed em 
 
2- up for grabs
 
3- Foe - if they keep the #'s after opening weekend but a lot of their members dont have a strong mentality to go for #1 they rather cry bout how unfair the fight was and little sht like that.
 
4- sup/fi/ub/rage/cp - all 5 would prob pull similar and just have a cluster non stop fights

Rofl at EOM thinking and trying to claim they "bullied every clan into LPC". You guys didn't do brown sticky stuff to any HPC clan. The difference between big dogs FOE and you retards have and will always be that FOE DOESN'T NEED MAINS TO COMPETE. You always needed an advantage to even come close to competing.
 
You got bullied with the scene being 1-25 defence, so you had to get 30. So did the other clans and also FOE after a while, and you got bullied once again; so you had to get 39 to gain more advantages. That didn't work out either, so you had to start using mains up until this point. You've always had to use the most pathetic advantages to compete with the REAL pure clans.
 
Your members are delusional for thinking there has ever been an "ALLIANCE", all it's ever been about is EOM crashing fights, and opposite clans teaming on the crash. Kids believing Dull screaming "OH THEY'RE ALL TEAMING ON US" are legit cauliflower lol
 
Also, what the fuck do you expect when you bring more or the same amount of mains as pures to ALL WEEKENDS? Of course people will retaliate against you and focus on you. You were ruining the scene. Actually embarassing you try to claim any type of glory from killing a scene with your mains.
 
You're literally nothing without your mains and will never be.

all this will due is close roughly 2-3 clans wildy doesnt matter will just be more clans in it no one will listen to defence caps in the wilderness and it is what it is but clw wise you cant cap the defence for hpc and mpc be different a 'pure' would need to be defined and as it is with 39 def (jagex defined it at 30 def) after that then make the caps for the brackets set by combat levels not defence levels because if yall say hpc is up to 39 def then every scene needs to be up to 39 def if you cap hpc at 30,29,25,20 ect. then hpc needs to be capped there as well. the scenes cannot be merged with out it. 
 
TLDR: define what the caps are then stick to them dont make different rules for different scenes then try and force a merge. it wont work if the scenes do merge then attack and prayer would also need to be uncapped.
