It is VERY easy not to get scammed.

 

This is the best way to trade GFX without getting scammed as a customer:

 

When you tell the designer what you would like the have, Make sure you tell him that you expect him to watermark the final product.

This way you can review what you get , maybe tell him to change some things.

When you're happy with the result you will pay him and he will remove the watermark.

 

This is by far the best method, NEVER pay upfront, Even when you trust the person 100%.

This way he will come to you and he will finish it asap instead of you having to keep asking him when it will be done.

Alot of times money is the motivation for GFX designers and if you pay them upfront they'll probably put in less effort since they already recieved the money.

 

How to make a watermark? (for the GFX designers)

 

A watermark can be anything. I think the best watermarks are logos that are hard to erase.

All you have to do is get a logo or vector on top of everything and turn the opacity down.

If you really don't trust your customer you could consider changing the text.

For example if Fatality wanted a banner i could put Batality in the preview so they can take a look at how the GFX looks without having a chance to scam since they wouldn't be able to use a banner saying Batality lmfao.
