Although it's a rather crude thing to say, most clans add such things to their vocabularies due to their youth/perspective/mentality/etc. But when you are aware of someone passing away and choose to use it as an attack on that clan, then I feel that's when it's a little extreme. I guess a lot of it relies on the interpretation and how sensitive people may be to certain things, but using people passing away should never be a method of flaming (in my humble opinion anyway).
