You outpulled Eop a couple times in the Hpc scene which was months ago and you're both in a different scene now.I have no idea who you are but whoever is telling you you're winning is delusional.

To be fair "Lpc" was labeled irrelvant because it had 2-4 clans bracketed 55-75 cb & "Xlpc" was 35-55 cb which had 2 clans sniping and fight with low opts in -10 wild.Lpc scene is pretty much just a revamp of the old scene with 1-5 def, Xlpc is just a remake of new and old clans getting into the action again with an excuse to having lower combats and opts.
Hopefully the time comes where they move up and we go back to the olden days and have one scene.
But as long as both scenes provide action and a platform for people to pk that's all that matters.

Set up a prep and settle it once and for all.

Personally I think it's ridiculous to have a 70 cb cap for Xlpc considering it used to be a bunch of 40/50's running around.It's just like anything though you get clans that won't take the jump up so they try and customize the scene to suit themselves.
There's no way a maxed g mauler without overs should be considered an Xlpc account.

Please highlight where I stated accounts without overs would compete with accounts with overs.I'm simply saying Ob is made up of a bunch of Op members/ranks alongside a good memberlist with good experience + accounts that will require minimal training to make the move up.
The question was when will they go Lpc seeing as the dominate Xlpc's these days step up to Lpc.
 
I've seen plenty of accounts 75+ in aftermaths and prep disputes, I'm not trolling or trying to argue I'm just stating facts based off an outsiders Pov across all aspects.
