This system is based on a minimalist rank structure where each rank tier has their own clearly defined role and there is no superfluous ranks that causes confusion in terms of seniority. In order to advance to a higher rank rank, that particular person needs to fulfill all necessary requirements and more. The bare requirements for each tier is shown as below: New Member This is starting rank with restrictions applied. New members must gain 20 pc and have created their account more than a day ago to be auto promoted to member First starting rank with no restrictions.
