I'm pretty sure Supremacy accepted the fight anyway when the reality is they never should have had to in the first place. The entire reason this discussion is happening is because rules were changed at the last second that should have been changed for the next month of competition. 
 
SUP is definitely not scared of foe considering they directly contested them for about 2 months.
And call it what you will but they have never been ones to pull high to preps, FOE likely has double their ml - nearly every prep these days is under 40 a side

With what we can see, the Sup vs Rage prep occurred at 5:30 which is before the cut off. The argument against them not prepping within that time is because their event aftermath was posted twenty two minutes after the cutoff point (correct me if I'm wrong). Not to mention, I recall seeing Sup ranks sharing a topic of the Sup vs Rage prep posted in their own war zone on the 23rd of Nov so it was pre-planned which is an opposite to Fo's last two preps vs EoP/Apex were in an attempt to boost at the very last minute.
 
It would be the most fair choice to award Supremacy with COTM as they had fairly won it within the rules at the current time. Rather than trotting along in an attempt to remedy the situation by making a tie-breaker prep (which would be unfair to Supremacy who fairly won it), Sharkbrew Staff should be awarding Supremacy with the win and apologizing for the mistakes made (and for December, reiterating what the cutoff time will be for future reference).

The time that the event aftermath is posted should have no affect on the judgement of what time the prep took place. If it started before/at the time that it is said, it should count for November. People always post topics late, not everyone has a premade topic ready to post as soon as prep is over so I'm not sure why people who prepped within the time are being ignored?
