XLPC is not a good scene as certain clans try to ruin it by bringing people over the combat level which motivates their competition to do the same. No current xLPC would have any effect on the current LPC scene besides giving free wins away. Most LPCs also do P2P which many people look for.
 
If any xLPC was to be relevant it would have to move to the LPC scene.
 
XLPC has been good in the past, but it is only when all clans can agree on combat caps and such and not purposely break them.

Pure clans are meant to stay as pure clans, I do not care if you do not know what a pure clan is or not tbh but the clarification will be made. 
 
Unless you have been away for a long time, the new pure system has been working quite efficiently for the past few months as well. It is justin beiber you have to rely on level 70s with 30+ def to fight bunch of level 50s and 60s lol. Especially when most of these clans are quite unorganized compared to pop.

The dividers look pretty good but the banner needs bit more color imo, having it all just 1 color does not allow for the details to show to their entirety. Some people might like it though, I just think all the small details should be easier to see.

You seem to be in touch with the xLPC scene more than the rest of the scenes.
 
I would either recommend you try Ascent or Flawless in the xLPC scene, or train up and join Unbreakable in the LPC scene. 
 
Good luck finding a new clan

We have had several discussions about this topic between the ranks, and while it sounds like a great idea for the pure clan scene, in a commercial aspect it did not meet all the expectations we were hoping for. Plus the 1v1 community would not really be helped by this update which further brings it down (since the 1v1 community is currently bigger than the clan community for pures).
 
If it was somehow polled and passed though, I would probably think they would go with 1-20 as the 1v1 community consider 20 def a pure.
 
Finally, yes CD/Fs/EoP would be able to use the worlds.

After the recent drama in the pure clanning scene about this client having too overpowered features that are ruining the competitive gameplay I came to this final decision.   I will be removing the following features in the next version: caller's highlighted target spamming the pile's name with a key f2p counters of styles and overheads http://exilent.org/forums/index.php?/topic/197-unfair-advantages/
 
While you might be thinking there are still many other features that are too strong, for example highlighted callers or enemy callers, lets not forget about that every other client has this function too as highlighting your friends. This client is only different making it more clean with the coloring. I will have to keep these things that would make the client unique.
