Minimum opts to declare with are now 35v35 for HPCs & 30v30s for Non-HPCs Clans now only have 2 declarations per calendar month now. 1 F2P and 1 P2P. We will only log declaration fights that actually occur into the CWL. For declaration fights that didn't occur, a win/loss will be counted to the COTM No more ELO staking.
