Starving clans

Hello men!

I just felt like bringing up this point so that we can all debate and discuss about our opinions :^)

So do you guys think that starving your own clan, just so that your main competition doesnt get any competition either helps your clan?

For example:

Clan Blue pulls 5 people less than Clan Red, Clan Blue runs and hides all day, even lose a fight against Clan Red, however they only lost once and starved them for the rest of the trip, right?......

So men, do you think it's sensible to avoid your main competition just so that their trip isn't as fun as they want it to be, while you hurt your own clan with it by making sure to starve them?

Discuss, please dont flame or bait :)

Its the logic of clans

Lets take eop for example.

Wildy is what matters - EoP

If they lose in wildy their excuse is "you had more opts"

then if they win they are automatically better cause they had more opts. (not to mention the mains)

Then if you ask them for a prep they will go back to step 1 saying "Wildy matters preps r useless" but isn't that what preps are for? to show whos the better clan with similar opts?

Really dumb tbh.

It's toxic behavior. We all get together to kill other teams on weekends but most importantly to have fun. It's a real brown sticky stuff move to deliberately avoid others when In reality clans should be looking to get as much clean action as possible.

If you're a smaller clan that has only core members this can be easily done, for example Fi has very little +1's right now after EoP overtook them, for them they could easily hide from EoP on pk trips and not ruin their clan because of it, their core members will take alot more bullbrown sticky stuff than the +1's would.

If you're pulling alot it means you have people who are there for the pk trip and not the clan, and then it's entirely on the ranks to put a positive spin on the situation "Lol they are scared as fuck" "Lol they just logged out when we logged in their world" etc. Smart members will eventually get pissed off and say brown sticky stuff in the cc like "why are we hiding from x" if done over a prolonged period of time but the old school and ranks generally just let it happen.

However it's alot harder to do this on trips because one solid leak and proper positioning/fall in leading and you've got the only hit of the day, and it looks good to your members that you initiated it.

Starving a clan of midweek activity is entirely different, for example if the PC decided as a whole to starve Foe of preps once they first opened they would have pretty quickly brown sticky stuff the bed and lost opts, even if it took a few weeks.

I'll edit in that I think it's more important how the situation is presented to the members than the actual act itself

Anything that works imo, however may also have a negative impact on the clan doing it. As they will be starving with even lesser opts, according to your example and facts/history

Holy brown sticky stuff ur mad, the salt is reaaaaall. TLDR you guys got dicked twice and ur hype is starting to run out, goodluck next couple months lmao.

Na the hype ran out after the first weekend trip like 3 weeks ago: this is already the aftermath. Gl to you also I have a pretty good idea of what's going to happen with some other clans rising.
