Nope there was literally 5 clans open at the time, cp and eop pulled 30 and had lower levels, fi foe sv were the only hpc's and we actually ended the pure scene on a good note, being #1 p2p after slamming fi. Fi will add eop capes to their inventories alongside foe, tlp, and mm? Capes. LPC scene will stay the same with clans closing and new clans opening under very similar leaderships. Have a feeling one of the lower HPC clans will close towards the end of summer (hopefully not just a prediction) Maybe a fullout will happen at the end of summer and once again prove to the community how cancer they are. That said, I can't see any of the lpcs going HPC at any point of this summer. Given the fact the pulls wouldn't contest, ATALL. It'll certainly be the biggest summer since 07 though! Last summer was pretty good, with the 3 HPC's all pulling 60 (CP,Fo,FI) Was actually alot better since you could have clean fights without MPC's sniping.
