That comes down to the leaders of the clans who never prep and their members. No matter who you ask, X clan is afraid to prep them. I simply don't buy it. If you are a member of  one of those clans then apply pressure to your ranks to prep more/prep certain clans. 
On the other hand, there are a handful of clans (Apex comes to mind first) who actively prep 2+ times a week. As I state above, it boils down to a few incompetent/cancerous regimes.

I would actually say TLP. The decision to close was very emotional, we all loved playing together but didn't want to drag the clan through the dirt.
When you compared it to clans like cp/fi staying alive and being complete dogshit for most of their existence, it was the right thing to do.
