DO people not get the fact that there doesn't need to be 3 scenes? It is completely fine for an acc to transfer from lpc to hpc with a bit of extra training. This keeps 2 scenes more active then 3 semi-active scenes. As of now most lpcs are either 70-75 cb cap 1def and most are maxed accounts have 85-90+ stats which is the reqs for most hpc. With a few defence/pray/att lvls there accounts are fine for hpc. NO NEED FOR 3 SCENES
