Those are problems the community has been facing for a long time. If there was an effective way to stop mains for good by our part, we would have done it already. You seriously cant hold us responsible for the sloppy and poor decisions made by clan ranks. & the only way this problem can be solved once and for all is through Jagex's intervention. We are attempting to tackle some of these problems to the best of our ability. We just revamped the COTM and are revamping WCOTM and Disputing.

First of all, if you have undergone a poor trade with a service you found on Sharkbrew we are deeply sorry.
We fully commit to solving disputes and scam reports to assure that trading on Sharkbrew goes smoothly. If we can resolve your dispute sucessfully it means that the person being reported has no chance to scam others as well. We do expect you to be professional and to abide by the Grand Rules as well. Remember that this area is public - which means other users can submit their view and evidence (if they have any) as well.
You can report someone or dispute a trade if any one of the following criteria is met:
The service provider was paid but refuses to work and/or was paid but failed to communicate whilst also exceededing the deadline. The service provider refuses to commit changes to the work when asked. The service provider is attempting to increase prices even though a total price was agreed to before the work began/finished. The buyer has recieved the work and was satisfied, but now refuses to pay for the service. The buyer has recieved the work and was satisfied, but has committed a chargeback on the payment. The buyer has purposefully or questionably wasted the time of the service provider - processing is relative to the case. To report someone, you must have ALL of the following necessities:
Full logs of communication, sound recordings and/or evidential images with the buyer or seller, regarding the service at hand. Any contact details and/or methods to the buyer or seller. You can also provide any negative history of the buyer or seller. Evidence of breaking one or more of the criterias outlined above. If these criterias and necessities apply to your case, please scroll down and use the format to create a new report thread. We will do our best to solve this matter as soon as possible.

Lenin is in the process of revamping the GFX section and community. Signature of the month will more than likely be a competition with a theme/topic and designers will create a graphic in which the community then votes.

The only critique I can provide is:
The characters & theme is too happy. In clanning communities pixel/illustrated banners typically are expected to be aggressive and dominating. Examples. cloud in the bg, instead of a normal house could be in the wilderness etc. just small things add up to its ferocity. Nevertheless, beautiful work.

Made a banner for Intense Redemption, worked on it for a couple of weeks. 

I'm happy to see you're bringing SOTM to SB, this will bring more activity to the graphics section of the forum and give a chance for artists to showcase their skills based on the monthly themes. I don't mind helping you situated the SOTMs, though I might be busy at times with juggling between college and commissions. I'm more than happy to help whenever I can @Lenin
We can probably make a Skype/Discord group and schedule events there with all the volunteers that wants to help out.
 

A lot of changes are going to be coming through to the media section all-together.
Primary Changes
 The designer and senior designer ranks will both be removed have so far been either pointless or abused. For example, after getting designer rank most people abandon these sections and focus primarily on their shops (the benefit of having your topic stickied). A new rank will be devised to simply have moderator power in this section - no benefits. The entire section has been categorized into the artist/member interests. We hope to uplift the video section as it is a huge demand here. Topics created more than a year ago will be archived. When entering a new year, categories will be cleaned on february. Signature of the Month
To increase healthy competition, skill, and artistic interest, we will be sparking up what many communities do; SOTM. The concept is simple. We announce a theme in a topic throughout the first (1-2 weeks) of the month and let artists submit their designs. After the submission is locked the community gets to vote and decide who wins. If you win a SOTM, you get an icon next to your name for a period of one month until the next winner. If you win the SOTM x5 you get to keep it forever (unless you leave the community, are banned or your activity greatly deteriorates). Marketplace
The media shops section will be moved to the marketplace once the area is made public. The media section will be kept clean from services/trading. This section will be devoted to Art and related interests. Shop topics will no longer be stickied. If you want to get services from the community, you need to keep your topic alive and participate in the community - put effort. Selling and trading standards will come into effect when the marketplace is made public.
