I don't understand their reasoning for wanting an LGQBT event. What do Jagex gain from this? This could just potentially alienate people who are LGBTQ who just want to get on with their lives and not have every piece of media and entertainment flooded with unnecessary coddling. People play RS to escape, not to be reminded of IRL brown sticky stuff.
 
There's a very vocal minority who ruin it for the rest, who think they're somehow entitled to attention and scream at every opportunity that they're special and/or oppressed. This is an example. It's Runescape, not the streets of Portland.

If you take this game so far as to go out of your way & find out where someone lives, what their real life name is, contact their relatives/friends, hack their social media(s), you need to reevaluate your life lol. You're pathetic.

This is the 2nd time of recent this has happened to you, if you read through the comments perhaps you'll come to realise it sounds like you're hanging out with the wrong crowd.

We set out for our first unofficial Saturday trip looking to do some damage and that's exactly what happened.  Leaving edgeville with 38 strong members and later peaking at 40 we clearly showed how dominant of a clan we are.

 

 

The first fight of the day was verus BT ​north of the chaos altar. Immediately pushing them north to 18 ports, we pulled south and awaited a rerush where we then continued to battle for a few minutes until we proved to be too much for them. PoP then crashed and was pushed to single like the little guys they are. GF all involved.

 

We then got word from Tupac son(ty4locs) that BT was chilling east of corp hill and immediately hit them there.  Knowing 1v1s would be hard to come by today we knew we had to be quick.  BT got pushed to single faster than steve cums. Gf BT

I don't understand it when people say 'you shouldn't want to be closing clans at all' Yes that is the point of clanning and being competitive. Of course we don't want a loss of activity but the people who close suddenly don't just die irl, they find new clans or even make their own which encourages fresh growth. Wanting stale clans to stay open and not wanting to close clans, and not pushing them to their limits is more detrimental to the community than doing the opposite. This is a general opinion and isn't directed at any clans atm as I think it's anything but stale.
