Why is there no electronic monitoring being given to these predators on the community watchlist? Writing a notice topic up, how is that supposed to keep us all safe? We must know their location and where they are at all times in order to prevent further reoffending lol the community comes first, not staff.... What would jagex think if they saw this (apart form mod mat k since he's the biggest white knight of them all)
