Prayer and def mean less in high opted fights as the DPS completely outweigh the small benefits of 30 def, especially in clan warsMaxed 1 defence pures in a 30v30 do just as much dps as 30 defence does. In 1 def gear the difference is negligable. The only factor is prayer. But as you can see in the vids nobody was really out of prayer towards the end.
