Rd and Zu are too busy jizzing over each other to compete for "the throne" as you call it... And for hating CP you sure dick rode them whenever FoE and Fi started bullying you in p2p. Although if history is anything to judge, some rank in Rd will end up just giving ACP to a random from SV anyways, so if SV opens Rd will close. Sv didn't bully anybody ingame unless they had CP and their mains tagging along with them.
