Corrupts I am more open to if they are actually rare. The problem is over time, everyone ended up having a massive stockpile of corrupt weapons in the bank. Personally I'd say no to Turmoil, just because it is a little broken; even though I wouldn't mind it. Prayer is already a bit OP in the game and having it would ruin PvP. No to Corrupts UNLESS they made them actually rare drops. Like from the Calisto bear or something like that.
