Apparently you need a signed form stating an admission of doxing nowadays to prove it, which is weird considering all it took for people to blame and accept eop doing it was word of mouth. And I'm quite certain eop were removed/heavily moderated on sharkbrew at one point because of their reputation.
 
There's more than enough to show zenith are neck deep in it so your question is as good as mine. All I can assume is that they're being kept for site activity.

You have to understand what's happening while this is being "thought of". The only way they make this as successful as you may see it, is if they put a DMM reward attached to it. The new clanning system is horrible, go read it yourself, do you think a "hub" will help clans grow in a game that's not balanced? they have no solution for BH, they have no solution for revs and they have no pvp updates. I rest my case, but the only thing the "hub" will do is increase leaks in clans and therefore your Sunday climate will remain crash on crash on crash. I'm playing the devil in this case, but i'm actually being very forward and realistic as this is what they've proven this far, failure. 

I think he was referring to having both instead of just one server since it didn’t include all the clans due the server being limited.

Before the topic was made, I have reached out to a lot of the pure clans behind the scenes. A lot of them have been very open to speaking to me about the current situation within the community. 

In terms of Jagex Cup, It should be simpler as we can all agree on what type of guidelines/map and awareness that Jagex has to have. I plan on talking to all the pure ranks about their attitude surrounding jcup. The few that I have spoken to about jcup have been open to it as long as they listen to the community's feedback. 

I don’t know enough about the rivalry to comment. I went to a couple of supremacy events and was never asked to hop on my main, I did it myself when I saw terror had 90 in game (majority mains) and terror v sup was mainly singles, but all I can speak on is what I know. I do think that your comment about being able to wipe your hands as being an issue because you believe another clan started the problem (whether that is correct or not) is completely wrong and ignorant, in my opinion.

It’s a shame to see the scene like this.. pure clans used to strive for action. Throw back to even 2016 days when I was in Ruin and we had a high of 26 preps in a month (all 25 opts+).
As someone who was a part of the pure clan revival in 2014, the reason it was so successful was because of the mentalities we had. All clan leaders were concerned more with action and fixing the scene than anything else. When you have that sort of mentality, any type of events are possible. We had successful runs at PCL, continued f2p and p2p matched wildy minis even after clan wars was released, and most clans were doing 5-10 10v10-15v15s a day. 
Sadly none of that is possible anymore and to me that is largely due to the clan leaders in this scene and members who are content with a boring, fruitless scene.
Majority of the leaders that cared about the scene have either quit the game or left the scene as a whole - when there are clan leaders that care about the scene, they tend to breed members that have the same mentality, same goes for the opposite. So all you really have left are clan leaders that have been around way too long (for their own health) or leaders that have been around for a couple of years and their egos are through the roof
You have clans like Rage throwing out apology ultimatums to clans. Clans like Terror who have actually had a decent introduction into the scene, however look like spastics for rocking up on weekends with 40 on ts and 90 in game (not sure if this is still happening or not). Then other clans basically avoiding trying to prep for high opt exciting fights in clan wars, because they either don’t want to give certain clans events or haven’t done clan wars for so long that they probably suck at it now.
Pretty crazy to think that this is probably the most active the scene has ever been in terms of volume of clans and players, yet is the least active it has been in a long time in terms of action. 
Not sure I have a solution other than hoping clan leaders are able to come together and try to be better. Used to also be a time where members used to make leaders accountable, not sure that is happening anymore either. 

If the issue is mains, clans who agree not to use mains and are serious about it, should go to clan wars for the foreseeable future and have PCL each week. Rather than the PCL typical 'challenge system' where not all clans are guaranteed a fight, they should have a mini round-robin each weekend to see who comes out on top, irrespective of whether you pull 20 more or less of someone. Turn it into a league format where you get X amount of points for a win and if you win the most points on a Saturday or Sunday, you get X amount of points towards a monthly or seasonal award.
If the issue is clan leaders depriving their members of action, then you can start to question why people are still in those clans.
Yes, PCL has been done recently (but only for weeks at a time and not for the longevity that will have an impact). Sure, it may splinter the community into two factions but fuck it, this isn't going to be a quick or easy fix. There have been multiple community led initiatives to try to 'fix' the community over the last decade, none of which have worked long-term. The fact we've had a completely server shift to a new version of the game and still managed to fuck it up so magnificently again is kinda amusing.

Agree. Of course things would be better if we had defense capped worlds but Jagex won't provide those unless the entire pure community comes together and asks for it (which is probably why Kim is doing these polls). The pure community is already small (though I think a large enough portion of the playerbase with Jagex trying to launch a new clans system) so if we are divided on what we want then we won't get anything. The best chance of us getting defense capped worlds is for the entire scene to be at that 1-4 or 1-25 def range rather than crashing each other with tanks and mains. A reset to 1-4 def would probably need to happen before Jagex would make a move on their end and for a reset to happen enough clan leaders would need to mutually agree to push for it.

OSRS is the only MMORPG i could think of where every single alternative build is shunned and alienated by the general community. Want updates for your pure/zerker? "Heh sry u choose 2 limit urself :^)" say the general community composed of the 1500 total shitstains. In addition to disapproving other builds, the majority of the community spits on the idea of the wilderness and pking with the most commonly agreed upon idea being "ur a dick if u kill me while im doing my clue/slayer/pvm". Honestly, I cant blame them when the only exposure to pvp related content the average player experiences is likely "le spade xD" on reddit and torvesta/framed videos.

With the majority of the players in your game being completely against your small niche community and jagex doing nothing to promote other builds or pking since the clan cups. Tell me how in the fuck else do you think how else do you think the PVP community is gonna act after years of the same shit? They're gonna start acting out, rebelling and overall stop giving a shit and do their own thing. It's fucking pathetic that runescape pk clans are something completely community driven without a single ounce of care in the world by Jagex. 

The PVP community as a whole is what it is because of how we've been treated for years, ignored by Jagex and shit on by everyone else.

 

Here is to hoping that you're not a rank within rage. As a former rank of Supremacy, I can 100% tell you that Rage was bringing mains onto Supremacy as a "joke" "banter" for no reason at times when we were scouting out fights or just at graves. (This is when Rage were going against FOE.)  Supremacy leadership aka 3at/Pillow would most likely need Rage to sit down with them and have some sort of insurance. Other than that, they most likely won't trust you if only demands are made. Old core of Supremacy do not trust Rage and their leadership. So the insurance has to be made.  The way you worded that sentence wouldn't get anywhere with any elders+leadership.  Due to past disagreements and old beef. 
 
I don't see anything happening from FOE's side. I saw Apex's side being easier to communicate if Nox sees the benefit(if he is still the leader of Apex.) 

On discord, I discussed that the bit of team on crash. I don't see this happening if the communication between all clans is horrid or a pan of demands without any real insurance between both sides.
