ibro Posted December 15, 2016 Report Share Posted December 15, 2016 The point of staying low and slowing moving the cap up is to have the recruits from edge have time to train their accounts and also to slow the process of the clan jumping from LPC to HPC tier accounts. The higher the combat is the more likely it is for people to start getting defence and making the scene cancer.
