I find either option to be ok. If its 75 cb, there should not be 5 exceptions though.

I think it would be better with a third option:

 

76.5 CB + 4 exceptions, exception max 81 CB. 

 

This way we can account for the differences between the two options by settling with something in the middle.

I support a 75 cap and am in Doom. @@Tannie was the one to initially suggest the first option and I stand by their opinion.

if I allow 80 combat explicitly people will train to that. I do not want that to happen. there are 3 clans who are allowing up to 80 with fs being 75. fs leader has talked to me about option 1 and i am interested in stalling combat growth as long as possible. the highest explicit i think ought to be allowed is 78 and i am not alone in that train of thought. if i can host one successful lpc tournament within parameters that can be followed by every lpc at the time i can be happy, they can fuck up and go 83/88 whatever afterwards.

 

Fearless is still #1 matched, Doom is #1 Wild, IV and Terror both have potential. The window of opportunity for true proving grounds is getting smaller and smaller.
