What is the biggest problem facing the pure community at the moment?
Lack of attention, the fact that 750 or so pures fight weekly is unknown to the masses and most players dont know people actually use clan wars for clan battles. Id also like to see leaving the cc in a round counts as a death in first to # battles
What suggestion do you have that could fix this said problem?
An actual clan system probs requires engine work? would be nice to have one which would allow things like kdr for pkri events or a win/loss ratio or even an rankboard for clan wars based events.
They could highlight some events or perhaps do another J-cup but this time a little more hype maybe mention the winners on the official youtube channel so that the scene gets some new blood in, people love competitive events and all.
 
How should the unified council or committee decide on which suggestion to push for?
Sacrifice the blood of your first child and have the Oracle decide what the future must hold.

Came expecting to see myself, left disappointed.
 
Shame the ranks in both clans can't be mature enough to come to an agreement, would be really nice to prep yano...

A heavyweight (HPC) belt and a lightweight (LPC) belt that only one clan can hold at a time.

 

Obviously rules would have to be put in place regarding who gets to challenge for the belt and wether it would be F2P/P2P

 

Just another way of forcing clans to prep really.

 

Maybe it could be a tournament held monthly/bi-monthly where every clan has to prep each other.

 

 

Why do you think your clan would oppose creating new accounts and returning to 1-20 defence? Do you guys really not see the potential in being able to actually enjoy pure clanning opposed to every weekend trip being a burden to attend? Is it really that hard to build a new pure? Do you truly believe that clans like CP/EOP/CD will last if EVERYONE else chose to return to 1-20 defence? Will you truly allow them to control the community? Do you not see recruiting potential of new pures in the game that don't want to train attack/defence levels in order to play with other 'pures'? Do you not see the potential of our current clanning scene actually returning to F2P/P2P solo PKing servers because our accounts actually make sense for 1v1 PK? DO YOU REALIZE HOW MUCH MORE FUN THE GAME COULD BE? Do you not realize the activity it would bring to the game if everyone was training new accounts & PKing again? Do you Realize how stronger your communitys will be? Do you realize that if every clan went back to 1-20 defence we would have one scene with 10x more action? 10x more preps, 10x more minis? I believe the LPC scene has been a cry of desperation for this and our leaders in this community have been too blind to see it. 
 
 
 
What are your thoughts? There's a old saying.. Stand for something or fall for anything..If you guys stand up for what you believe in the scene would not spiral out of control again. I firmly believe if everyone went back to 1-20 defence and clans like CP/EOP ro whoever the fuck brings the mains nowadays sees them in adamant and other clans in Mith they will eventually leave their clan..It may take time but it will happen.
 
Obviously there would be other things put into place in order for this to happen.For starters.. clear lines of communication between clans not every clan trying to play clan politics solely to claim wins on the weekend.. And probably new mediators/influencers on our community websites because everyone currently ranked/has influence is part of the reason of why we are where are are.
 
How to transition? Second step of this would be proposing an opening date for this new scene giving everyone ample amount of time to build new accounts while still being able to have weekend trips in the mean time.

Keep seeing retards from FS post the same pic and say most of the LPC scene is voting 75cb and theres no way it should go over 75 and preps should be kept at 75 cb cap.
 
80, 83, 88 and 92 are all BIGGER numbers than 75 and if you add up all of the votes higher than 75cb cap you get a total of 91 I think.

Also why do FS keep saying they have f2p only accounts? 80% of the accounts on your memberlist are p2p based with 50 att+ so scared of p2p lel.

I personally think 80 CB Cap is the most fair option for everyone seeming some LPC's enjoy doing f2p.
Open to opinions on the CB cap but this vote clearly shows more people want a cb cap higher than 75.

After a look at @@Greuter aka 12345 topic about raising the LPC Cap. I have decided to voice my opinion on the entire 'pure community' itself.
 
1) Wilderness Related
Back in the real clanning days, there was never such a thing as 'HPC,MPC,LPC' or HPC TIMES/MPC TIMES/LPC TIMES.
 
All clans go out at the same time. Higher tier clans just fight each other. E.G. EOP/MM/FOE/TLP/FI
and lower tier clans like AAO/TGG/MALICE/DV/IR fought themself.
 
1.1) Pulls
By Tier it means their capability in pulls, not combat levels or how good/brown sticky stuff their quality are and it worked out perfectly fine. Because the first thing you ask someone for a fight is : 'whats your opts?' and not 'yo how many 20def/30def or mains u have?'
 
No clans would want to fight 50 vs 100. So what if you pull like 100? If no clans fight you, at the end of the day u still dont get any action. which defeats the sole purpose of this game which is to fight each other and have fun.
 
1.2) Mains
Weather you like it or not, Mains will always be a problem to the pure community, someone is always going to be bringing them and it might just be a random massing main team like 'S0' if anyone of you even remember who S0 was. Crashing your fights, you getting all upset and start to bring mains then the other clans gets upset and bring mains too. Its a never ending cycle.
 
1.3) Mith/Addy
I'm not sure what most of you think but in my term. 'PURE' means having the least defensive stats and the most offensive stats at the lowest combat possible. 20def is not normal and is not ok. Well if you fucked up your account, then fine. Wear Robes to the trips. No doubt, Mith helps alot in tanking/frontlines but it also fucks up the entire community itself.
 
2) Clan-wars Related
With the introduction of Clan-Wars event. A combat cap was introduced. No one likes to lose, its a game, everyone just tryhard and max their account to suit the combat cap. As time goes till date almost 2k17. Ridiculously the Combat Cap for 'PURES' are at LVL 111. You sincerely still call yourself a pure?  
 
2.1) Combat Caps
So basically right now there is only 2 scene. the "HPC"(Lower tier main clanning) & "LPC"(The true pure clanning) Combat caps, are there for a reason for people that enjoy fighting matched with fair rules. To show who has the best quality and accounts. Actively increasing the COMBAT CAP for LPC is not right! Do you not see how the Combat CAPS in clan-wars can affect how wilderness event works? 
 
2.2) Clanwars To Wilderness Relations
LPC are cap at 75 right now and that has already invited 80s,85s,90s. Because its the same reason for having so much mains in the HPC scene. Just ask yourself. If your main 110+ combat can hit HPC accounts at lvl 10? lvl 15? why come on your 39def when you can come on your 85def and wear rune? Oh because you have pride & honor? In 2k17? Ya right, keep lying to yourself. 
 
As the combat cap for LPC keep increasing, the more mains it will invite. Soon it will just become another MPC again. Then MPC will just mass invite HPC'ers to come on their trip and MPC will in return go to their trip which makes it so cancer. Imagine you're a lvl 83 MAXED Combat pure. Fighting a lvl 103 at corp with 30def in addy. That is cancer. Thats where you see all the kids in rune because they keep dying on their 1def pure and figured there was no point in returning on 1def account but doesn't want to let their clans down. Let's not say anything related to: "Oh my clan has honor and pride, we will never bring mains, we will never resort to that" Literally every single pure clan that existed bring mains. Its just the amount of mains they have and how openly they advertise their mains/amount they bring differs.
 
3) MPC/2Server Clan
Most clanners comes from GMT/EST time based players. MPC trip times was never suitable for GMT'ers as its like 1-3am at their time. We should never bring back MPC scene. 
 
3.1) P2p events
Sure, i'm certain some of you would love to do some P2P events as F2p might be 'too easy' 'too boring' for you. Please dont forget, P2p is also the main reason why clans have 13def/20def/30def/35def/39def as a pure now and most people enjoys p2p pking as a team more than a clan. Clans dont even really fight in P2P anymore. they just TELE now, unlike in the old days where 'TELEPORTING' was against the rules. 
 
In P2P, your defence don't really matter because there's a thing called Ancient Spell. Which make mains useless. Yeah right, you can fire-blast the mains in F2P lol.
 
At the end of the day, the pure community does not revolve around 1 or 2 clans. The entire community move together due to the choices you made. Please kindly make the right choice and not let history repeats itself. The LPC scene is as clean as it is now.
 

Today, December 3rd, marked the first trip of Doom re-opening as an LPC. We planned on taking #1 in the scene instantly and that is exactly what we did with the help of 110 Demons. Despite having clans like Fearless,  and Terror, try to camp us with mains, we managed to cleanse the wild with ease. 

We perfected the process of killing every wannabe main clan and are going to continue to do it until they get it through their head to drop the mains. If you want to be apart of the movement of making the pure community great again, join up @ http://doom-clan.com/community/

(There is probably weirdos that think a lvl 126 main scouting a clan counts as a main hitting level 70 pure but you that's how you know they lost today)

--- We fought Fearless 3x in clean 1v1's and in every single fight it was brought down to the point where even their level 70 mains were dying at their beloved level 5 wild. Not to mention since they were acting like virgins we ended up hitting them in single and after 5 minutes, we ended up fully clearing them once again... Just know that this is going to continue until you drop the cancer.



 

 

--- We also hit all of the clusters consisting of every clan and even though we were getting teamed on, we cleared them all, being the only clan in multi with 85+

Thanks Fs , IV & Terror for the fights...lets be honest if none of you gave us tussles today we wouldnt have an openings trip ...dont mind these topics but that's how we're gonna act if you put out propaganda topics. respect for the clans that 1v1'd us today (Fs & IV) ..if you've not noticed this yet..Doom is focusing on clans that use mains or clans that are allied with main snipe units..you may ask why? the HPC has been filled with mains & so called "PURES" with 39 defence.
 
We didn't want that to happen to another scene (MPC) & now it looks like the LPC is becoming that way aswell.& everyone knows it. Once the LPC scene gets filled with mains there will be no hope left for the pure community because 90% of the HPC community consists out of people that came from LPCS , if they need recruits they go to LPC's & recruit them from there. 
 
 
IF this problem will continue its one step closer to the end of pure clanning.

Want to be in a clan that doesn't retaliate to scum clans by bringing more and more mains? Join Doom for straight 1 defense pure action even when fighting another clan w/ mains. What would you do if you woke up one morning, and the pure community has just drastically changed?

 
Members:
Members of clans are now around 88 combat, with the few exceptions of Pures (1-5 Defence) who have 99 attack.
 
Weekends:
Weekends consist of "real" action, and not just sitting in a fall in where your leadership says, "No Clan Is Getting Action Right now".
 
Clan Wars Fights: 
 Clan Wars fights now consist of various fighting styles, Game-types, and competitive ladder board that is now "fair" for all clans
 
Community Website 
Where you can post, debate, and even flame with people around the pure community. However, doing so on real forum accounts so you always know you are speaking with.
 
Clan Leaders / Development of UPN (United Pure Nations)
Clan leaders worked together to uphold a "Clan Bible" that puts strict rules on running their clans, to help the pure community stay prosperous. 
 
Clan World
A common world that pures login to each day, no matter what clan you are in. No More Clan Home Worlds.
 
Pure Community Events
Put your clans differences aside or develop alliances with other clans to fight in Clan Teamed Fights. 
 
War Zones
Due to majority of the pures being lowers than 88 combat; clans can now fight in designated wilderness areas, that are in lower level wild to make sure mains are not used in fights.

 
Pure Community Standard 
 
In every era of pure clanning there has always been a clan(s) or a group of leaders who set the standards of how the pure community should be. However, if nobody steps up to enforce these standards, chaos breaks out just like in real life when a government loses control of their country.  I myself back in my prime hated the pure community "rules" because I believed they took the fun out of the game, and restricted you from having the best possible Player Killing Account. However, now I understand why leaders like 13th (MM), Old/Goop (EOP), James / Charles (Fi), Dave / Walli (FOE), Drunk (CP), Cory (TLP) and other forgotten leaders from past clans who tried their best to enforce some type of rules.

Proposal
 
Prosperity: I believe that the only way we can fully prosper as a community, is to go back to our true roots with our accounts. The development of turmoil pre-eoc changed pure clanning for the better in my opinion, but without it in osrs, it has only brought on the development of Pure Cancer in the community. Clans encouraging high combat accounts and high defence levels, drastically hurts the pure community, and the overall pure clanning structure that was once extremely fun. Basically, without being "real pures", we take the fun out of pure clanning. Also, due to everyone being such high combat, we are basically encouraging mains to be at our fights.
 
Ask yourselves: How many of you actually play on your "pure" accounts, other than for clan events? Not having the drive to play on your accounts, drastically weakens the pure community not only in a clanning aspect, but in Bounty Hunter, Player vs Player, and for growing the pure community in general.
 
LPC, MPC, HPC: Personally, I believe the reason why these sub-classes developed was because of the unhappiness within the pure clanning structure. Majority of the pure community wants to fight "real pures", with real action, and without the interference of main accounts. I see now, that the development of LPC & MPC was a basically a cry-out for change within the pure community.
 
Change: After reading @Hormone 's topic on doom forums Click Here, I believe every clan should start from scratch to bring on real change for the pure community (Max 88 Combat, 1-5 Defence). Once we go back to our roots of pure clanning, we can then start the discussions on how to structure it even further (as stated above).
 
Make the change, restart the pure community, and bring back what many people in the pure community have never fully experienced. MAKE THE PURE COMMUNITY GREAT AGAIN!

Make a treaty to agree not to use mains on each other and actually fight as "pures" (wouldn't call 39 def a pure but w\e) and have some respect towards the community [lol] then we'll see who can truly try claim #1 wilderness.

Idk about y'all fuckers but I kinda wanna see PCL make a return, f2p and p2p alternating each week like how it used to be. Clans need to stop being afraid to fight each other and maybe this pure community will get interesting like it used to be back in pre-eoc era. In our past month since going HPC Doom has literally prepped every hpc clan that would accept, no matter the level difference. I'm obviously not saying that we're the best matched, cuz we only won like half of these preps. Maybe it's just wishful thinking here but I feel like if PCL came back it would give clans a lot more hype on a day-to-day basis and encourage a lot more head-to-head, 1v1 battles and less relying on mains during weekends and avoiding clan wars during the week. Just a thought. What do you guys think?

On this fine saturday evening the Red Giant pulled 99 men to once again assert our dominance over any foe that would come between us and our prey (fi)

After having leaked Fi's leaderboards during the week and going undefeated in CWA for the 10th constructive week in a row we were expecting big things this weekend.

Unfortunately for us our opponents didn't prevail and we were forced to crash anyone that stepped into multi, patrolling the wilderness without having banked once.

Today was also the day where we witnessed possibly the poorest alliance the clanning community has seen up to this day, where FI and CP merged teamcapes in attempt to test us (last paragraph)

EoP vs FI/SU/RD
 
Started off the trip by hitting Fi/SU whom were fighting inside of the black knight castle, long story short, after 5 minutes of them teaming up against us both ran upstairs and scattered in attempt to logout.
We then proceeded to swiftly kill all the remaining RD who were sniping the fight.
 
 


 

 
EoP vs TLP/CP
 
Got intel that TLP/CP were fighting inside of the Chaos Alter, we rushed in from the north and as we did CP bailed it north through us, already making their way to mossies.
We didn't allow them to run away so killed all their stragglers before going south and moving on to TLP.
They all took their capes off and scattered/logged out, so we got a fallin and moved on to our next hit.
 




 

 

 
EoP vs TLP/FO
 
Hit TLP vs FO at the north-east hill of sperm, as we hit it both clans instantly ran to single where they would remain for the next 10 minutes.

 






 



 

EoP vs FO/SU/FI

 

Found literally every clan fighting inside and outside of the altar near 44 ports.

As we arrived we instantly went inside of the altar (the only place that is multi) and stayed there until every clan either logged out or got cleared by us.

Had a small tussle between FO+FI who both hit us at the same time but also swiftly escorted them both back to single.

 




 



 

EoP vs FI+CP

 

With no clans even coming close to beating us, it was inevitable that clans started forming alliances in attempt to take us down, however this one made chuckle.

The 2 worst HPC's currently decided to share teamcapes (obviously it was FI who had to wear CP's cape).

With CP not wanting to fight anyone further then 2 minimaps away from mossies it had to take a combined effort of them and FI, (110 opts) to meet us at our playground (GDZ)

 

The fight started off at dwarves and after a few minutes we moved it further north to gain the returning advantage, eventually the fight moved to GDZ where it would remain pretty even for the next 5 minutes until most of CP's LPC recruits had died, at this point we took over the entire fight and did not only force FI to abondon CP but also walk CP down to piper until moving it back to GDZ where we then would take our ending.

 

If you ever try and beat us at GDZ, please have another alliance try, because it isn't much of a challenge when 2 of the worst HPC's team up against you.
