Summer Promotions are my favorite as the community gets very active during these times. This is a new era of promotions and major changes are being pushed within the staff. Keep a close eye on these promotions.

Break
Break has been with Sharkbrew since 2017. Since his promotion, He has strive above and beyond to ensure our community wouldn't go into toxic behavior. Break as a newcomer mediator, he sat down with ranks of communities to help our understanding of why our community was in dark times. During LPC times, he called out clans on their toxic behavior being of which bringing mains. Break has good work ethic and he has been one of the few over the years to think outside of the box. Break had been pushing Discord for a matter of months before the release under Sharkbrew.

Brap - Final Ownage Elite 
Brap will ensure unbiased decisions are being made even if he has to put up a sign saying its being done. Before his Gatekeeper promotion, he provided insight ways for Sharkbrew to grow into a better community site. Every month, you will see comments from Brap implying for better updates from the staff and posting his own. 
Matt - Fatality
Matt is the type of mod that you shouldn't fret approaching for opinions, input, and conversation. He wouldn't turn you away even if you're his worse enemy. Matt is a receptive person to work with. He will make sure that your opinions are being considered. 
 Phebz - Eruption of Pures
He will go out of his way to make sure work is being done from his side & others. Phebz is the type of person, you want to associate yourself with because his energy overall within Discord. He is hunger for more projects. Phebz is a good listener and a hard worker. 
 
These three individuals have the best interest for the community. They genuinely care for the community's development into the right direction. Over the last few months, these three have suggested changes to the systems which have been implemented.  They have invested their time & efforts into the website. We're expecting big things out of these three . I'm happy to see you three move up.  Congratulations!

As our discord has grown with 200 more users since the last promotions. I have decided to promote more discord moderators.

We have cleaned out our Ambassadors List. We need ambassadors from all clans this includes all brackets of pure clanning. We have planned tourneys and events for the future. Ambassadors rank is a way to contact ranks from other clans this includes the forums and discord. The current ambassadors use Sharkbrew Discord to look for events (preps,pkris,minis) etc.  The Ambassadors system will be run by @Brock @Kim and @Andy.  Encourage your ranks to sign up with the system to have an easier pathway to set up events. I messaged 15 main clans/teams before making this topic there has been preparation and 10 said they'd enter so far brother

What is the problem?
This is more a proposed "quality of life/user experience" tweak and less of a problem as such (maybe just low priority).
Inconsistency: Players have to loot Eth dropped by players. Players do NOT have to loot Eth dropped by revs. 
How does it affect clanning?
I guess the "Problem" doesn't really affect clanning but I feel like the solution would affect clan midweek rev trips/rev pkris in a (minor) positive way

Solution would mean less looting more pking.

Solution
Allow Eth brace to absorb all Ethereum a player is holding when they're killed. This could even extend to all of the Ethereum currently held in their equipped brace.

Its been awhile since I've made a written a major update topic. This is a topic that I didn't know how to fully introduce at first. As some of you may know from Slush's topic, We got threatened by a certain individual. "either you unban me or i'll target all your admins." Prior to this, My dox got dropped in numerous discords. The amount of positivity  that I received from the community was tremendous. In most cases, when one gets doxed within the community. People just laugh and spread it around. With my case, people made a conversation within their own discords and even on Sharkbrew Discord. My staff and I have been wanting to help impact the community in a positive way since January of this year in this realm.
 
Here it is, we have constructed a system to help those who have been doxed. We have everything set up within the system but we want to know what you guys may think about it before release. 
The system will entail:
Privacy Security  Exposure  Our system will expose those who have may doxed one of our own in our individual clans.  it will also show step by step guides on how to clean your info on the internet and much more. The steps and procedures for this system will most likely be made anonymous to a degree. We will be speaking to the people who have been targeted on how to properly construct their topics before made topic. Upon, writing the exposure, the person(s) will also be able to notify us on who they can trust within our staff team completely. (Some people as we know, they won't easily trust just anyone.) 
 
I will be releasing this system with the support of my staff team. This system will be reviewed by Counselor+ of your choosing. The toxicity within this realm needs to be exposed by players. Over the months, we've mediated dox wars and lessen the blows. Even consoling some members of this community.  To show these people, you have the power and you're able to defend yourself.  We'd like to release this system with the suggestions of the community. 
 
Its a lot to write within a topic but the main points that I want to hit. We will go through with this, with the proper feedback from our community.
