I feel pretty strongly that Sharkbrew allows certain issues to fester and takes no action to curb or moderate terrible behaviour by clans inside the game in relation to wilderness trips and certain behaviour outside of the game. Some measures have been taken in the past but not measures that have been considered strong enough. I know some clans decided to stop posting aftermaths as a protest to this, considering the activity that aftermaths generate. I'm all for banter and competition but there's levels of scumbaggery that should disqualify clans from participating in pure events, which should be enforced by SB and the larger community. Luckily the kind of behaviour I'm talking about seems to have died down quite a bit, but things like bringing mains to pure events and doxxing shouldn't ever be a part of the community. Mains shouldn't even be used in retaliation, but some clans have had to use that measure as a response to SB not enforcing stronger measures. I guess as highlighted above that stems from bias in the mod team.

next time you want to talk shit on me, remember my position in life and remember yours. I'm not some druggy piece of shit clanner from Fom or FI , I'm a fucking Apex Core Member. A title you will never claim. I've worked harder in the past 2 weeks at 2v2s then you ever will in your life. I have pnecked, brewed, tanked, and taught myself how to be independent while you're still getting banged out first pile. I put the practice in, I mini with the best, I won the last 24 p2p preps in a row while you can't even pull 25 vs 25 to a inners.

im just sick of this clan man. I connected to ts today and that coach guy was making funny noises, sounded like a cat? like what? fibonacci was making weird noises too, it seemed like they both were in on it. Then that Nerdy guy kept stuttering and yelling even when i told him it's only inners...to make things worse when I accidentally burped, Nox, the leader, muted me and said 24 hours, you will be unmuted tomorrow at 9am. That Nick guy kept flaming me and calling me a monkey, I don't even know who he is? And there was also a guy called Moe, he kept saying he wanted to kiss me. What the fuck? I'm never waking up at 4am for this clan ever again

I don't even understand? I fucking tried integrating myself into the community for the last three weeks...legit I idled ts whenever we had events, and I'd chat with people on mic as well. Now that I'm no longer apart of the community, holy fucking shit that Dre kid had the grossest voice i've ever had, he legit sounded gross LOL. That N Ranges kid, jesus christ don't get me started - kid had the river thames flowing around in his mouth, DISGUSTING. I don't understand how not ONE person voted me for an award, even just one person, like why couldn't I get a vote, I did everything? I tried to be nice to that Nick kid one day and he full on flamed me lol, like I don't think he knows me and he just straight out roasted me? I got a poke from coach saying that my mentor had been assigned, his name was Moe. Moe legit trolled me the ENTIRE time, he just giggled and laughed and wasn't even speaking english, couldn't understand him...the only words I could understand were that he wanted to face-fuck me, what the fuck? Who the fuck goes on the internet and says this shit? I 'm done with pure clanning, my first experience and now my last. Never again. Those awards looked so cool and im fucking pissed off I didn't get a vote for anything. Im out.

admittedly i was in for a bit of a surprise when I started clanning 3 years ago to discover that I was still among the higher bracket age wise for the active pure community. 
it's no stretch of my imagination to believe that 3 years later having dealt with my myriad of past and ongoing problems that anyone in clanning is not so different that there are unresolvable differences. we are almost all kids. many of us are learning how to initially deal with life on our own or out of our immediate family observation which has guided many for so long. early 20's is not fun. it's an awkward growing experience and lashing out at ideas and names across the internet is easy to do when they are an escape from whatever is going on beyond the screen. 
growing pains. perhaps more decent people should be in charge. or rather the realization that our tiny community has not grown in the span of 12k concurrent players vs the near 90k concurrent now. we could do better. 

Although I agree with that, the other side of the coin is that just because there's a lack of decency and an excess of toxicity among the pure community shouldn't mean that the website allows itself to remain a platform to spread that further. Now that more main communities are around, the loss of activity through removing/stopping the idiotic toxicity would be more than compensated for.

not SB's fault people are retards and still care so much about wins/losses in 2018 on a pixel game.
and I still find it funny that people are willing to go so far like spying, crashing people's fights on mains, or getting so heated lmao

it is not the websites responsibility to ensure that you know how to behave like a decent human being on the internet. 

Sites like SB (and previously Zybez) serve as a useful resource for clans. But people care way too much about this shit (clan drama/beef/etc) and it turns into nonsense. Everyone gets so caught up in the tribalism of clan PvP that it turns everyone into cunts. People think they're funnier than they are. They say hurtful shit without thinking twice about it. At this point there are no clans that give a damn about the community at all, everyone is out for themselves. People actually find it hilarious when a clan closes and their egos even tell them that they had a part in it. The whole "I killed your clan lmfao" mentality does nothing but kill the scene (PKing as a whole) one piece at a time. 
It's actually hilarious how clanners were more mature as teenagers than we are now as adults. Main clans are more separated than we've ever been. Hopefully pures can stop that from happening to theirs.
