I'm confused by this question. Are you asking what are the legacy clans in xlpc? As in they never moved up? Or just in general? If it's the former nobody because they all die out as soon as the scene dries up or move up way past their hype peak and can't compete in the big leagues. If it's the latter idk...supremacy? Considering what they did for the community and how far they came. I guess rage too just off the fact they got to the top organically with new kids. Either way I don't consider any clan to be a legacy clan outside the original six regardless what they accomplish. That term shouldn't be thrown out to just any clan imo.
