2017 is probably one of the most active years of Pure Clanning since Pre-EOC inspite of lesser population of players in Runescape. Even during our periods where our reach and activity had abated, and naysayers were predicting our demise, The Pure Community has shown resilience and grit in preserving this community.
Once again I would like to thank all the Individuals and Clan Leaders who are still maintaining the 1 def scene for the greater good of the community.
Sharkbrew Clanning Awards
This year, Sharkbrew has taken steps in mitigating the skewed voting patterns that resulted a single clan winning majority of the awards. In the current multi clanning environment and where clan allegiance changes weekly, it was not feasible to ban people from voting for their own clan.
Our solution for this year involves a simple statistical method that removes extremities and only counting votes from the majority(95%).
Judging by the results, we are pleased to see that the results are fairly accurate to the general consensus of the community perception rather than being bias again a certain group of clans. This further legitimizes the winner of the awards as mass voting is negated completely.
P.S. Unfortunately we have decided to null the most honorable clan award simply because the top 5 clans from the results were involved in DOXing/DDOSing/Mains like 2 weeks ago =.=

Today, 38 healthcare professionals (and one phony) assembled to volunteer in the pure community to render mental health assistance to those who were in dire need. 
 
The staff and members would like to send their best wishes to Special Forces Salvo as he takes a break from Runescape due to him struggling with PTSD from January 30th's tragic slaughter of his clan.


AAO vs. FINAL OWNAGE, APEX, ERUPTION OF PURES, PHOENIX
We were dispatched to a scene where Final Ownage was in great distress after being bullied at school today. We decided to conduct a home visit in order to check on the welfare of the clan suffering from dementia. We were forced to use a tranquilizer to put down the clan to put them under control.  Apex, Phoenix and Eruption of Pures also approached us for assistance and we were glad to assist as we took away their dangerous weapons such as ballistas and toxic tridents so they wouldn't hurt themselves. After making sure everyone was safe, we left to be ready to help any other friends. 


AAO vs. APEX
We were on our way back to our homes when we learned that Apex was on the edge of Chaos Altar about to it all, in order to stabilize the situation, we used our grey chinchompa and ice barrages to restrain the clan and gwas them from hurting themselves any further. After engaging in a peaceful dialogue and referring our friends to a safe place, we left them with the hands of Foe and Px who promised to keep them safe. 
  





AAO vs. SF 
We were going on lunch when we found Special Forces fresh out of the mental health unit acting violently to innocent trees. We acted quickly to subdue their temper tantrum and stopped the 13 year old eco-terrorists from harming anyone further. 








AAO vs. THE WORLD
We attended the Sharkbrew World Peace Seminar in order to spread the word on mental illness and let everyone know that it's okay to get help. We received over 50+ weapons in a amnesty turn in so that people wouldn't hurt themselves. 


AAO vs. SF + ST + Sup
We were assisting the barbarians in anger management when we were rudely interrupted by the Sick and Schizophrenic Students. We quickly put down the uprising using our standard of escalation training and karate chopped the sick fucks in the throat to protect our barbarian brothers. 



AAO vs. SF 
We were called to Falador Park where we found Special Forces in Falador. We love showing our faces to the people we help, so we decided to reduce the stress of Control Pker and clean his clan up for him.
 


AAO vs. SF 
For our final fight of the day, Special Forces was having a schizophrenic episode and began attacking us without realizing who we were. Fed up of the trouble they were causing the innocent people of the pure community, we decided to euthanize them and put them out of their misery.

Supremacy massed up 40 Tigers later peaking at 45 and maintaining 40+ all trip. This trip consisted of dominating who ever we came across, unfortunately, today was an awful day for pure clanning as certain clans decided to bring mains and crash every fight.
 
We also punished IR when ever we could, letting them know we haven't forgot about them.

First bit of action was again FOE, we had a nice 40v40 with them, we got a nice lead straight off the bat with our deadly scim pushes, taking the lead by 3. We then started bowing them inside of us while we had several good tanks, pushing our lead to a +6. Before we could kill about 5-6 stragglers and give the main pile another scim push, EOM came crashing in as usual hitting everyone with mains. We bailed south and got a re group.
 

 

 
We set up a fight with FI, despite them crying about us railing them in P2P, we still decided to give them action, showing them that we don't need the '2 invites' they complained about and fought them down 8. We showed them our F2P quality is just as good, if not better, then our P2P quality. We hit them on the bridge at castle and dropped them from 50 to 46, while we still had 42, it then went back a forth for a minute until we was even and every other clan came crashing in.
 
 

 

 
Set up another fight, and our last fight with FOE. Started off east of Bandits, we defended as they came rushing in, it was even for a minute or so until we finally got a +3 lead. As per usual, EOM came rushing in with mains, so we ran to single and killed about 5-6 of there stragglers before walking down.
 
 
 

 
Our Tiger intelligence told us that IR was trying to fight Px with AAO's help (AAO's only bit of action of the day). So we decided to pay them a visit, we hit IR from behind and railed about 10 of them giving Px a +30 lead on IR lmao, AAO came rushing in with 20 pures and 10 mains to help, so we did a 180 flying kick on there ugly heads and knocked them down 6 ops with a scim push. We started chasing the useless dead clan down to singles at edge, fight finished:

HQ told us IR was fighting Fi, so we ran to Bandits and started focusing on blue, showing them that we haven't forgot about them, as we was railing the IR stragglers, Px came crashing in and started hitting Fi, everyone ran back through Bandits and IR came swinging round other side straight into Px's scims and our bows. We railed as many as we could as fight moved to singles.
 

 

 

 
HQ told us IR was trying to fight Px, not willing to let them team with AAO on Px, we came rushing in to Bandits again swinging our axes onto them, we killed about 4 from behind before they ran to singles and started spamming at Px.
 

 
AAO came rolling in late, prob because their leader spends 20 hours a day sat in a wheel chair dribbling over his keyboard. We kindly hit them in singles and ask them to grow some balls and go multi, we dragged them south of castle where they sent 10 mains in first to take the hit before 20 pures followed in, well, we didn't win strongest core for nothing, we hit them head on and took 3-4 mains out and then focus on pures, since they get perfected by SF, we knew it wouldn't be hard, and we sent them walking down to edge shortly after.
 

 
 

 
Heard IR and FI was fighting, by time we got there, Px had crashed and both clans where focusing Px, deciding to help our buddies out, we tagged FI from behind, FI being used to being railed from the rear, took it like champs. We decided to use some master tactics, knowing we was fighting down 18 (55 to our 37) so we ran and hit them, ran back to singles and then repeated the process 3-4 times, each time killing 4-5 stragglers. We eventually brought there ops down to ours, and before it could be a clean 1v1, EOM came rushing in.
 

 
 

 

 
Heard IR was trying to have a 1v1 with FI, not willing to let that happen, we headed up to high altar and started hitting them from the door, EOP came logging in and hit the fight, so we decided to just focus blue and leave everyone else alone, dropping IR's ops to 5 in game.
